Awesome support! We arrived about 30 before the store closed (the time on Google), and found the store closed an hour earlier. We called and they were able to help us by getting us to complete an online order and they then brought out our small order to our car! That’s service!

THE BEST ICE CREAM I HAVE EVER HAD!!! Very similar to Cows Icecream. It’s so creamy & flavourful! This is the only cotton candy icecream on the market that actually got the flavour right!! Most of the other cotton candy ice creams on the market taste nothing like the classic flavour, cotton candy lovers are obsessed with. THIS ONE DOES. It’s amazing. It’s my favorite & clearly i am not the only one because every time we go to buy it, it’s hidden behind the other flavours. We have caught on so we know that when it looks like they are “out” they are not lol Anyways i need to take it easy on this stuff because it’s becoming an addiction!! It’s that good 🩵🤤🩷🍦🍬 It’s definitely worth the price. I think it’s well worth it!! It’s actually cheap for the quality. If you love cotton candy, be prepared to be hooked on this!! there is no purple in it even though in the picture kind of looks like it. It’s your basic blue and pink cotton candy.

Just Found out they discontinued Chocolate Lovers. Gotta be the worst move to do. Then again that was the one flavour we were interested in. I guess FootHills Creamery doesn’t want me or my families business

I've never been inside but I did go there because they had an add for a up coming job opportunity so I went down there and the lady that was there would not take my resume at all and was very rude about it. I guess they didn't need the help after all good thing I would want to work with that kind of person.

Great ice creamPickup is confusing at this location.Picked up Moon mist and Cream soda float, which i ordered online.Got to the location, door was locked, and no instructions on what to do.The only thing disappointing about this was the look the office staff gave me when a worker let me in the building, and i was shooed out by an older lady in the office, who loudly proclaimed to the new hire, “YOU DON’T LET THEM IN THE BUILDING!”The parking was an issue also.But the ice cream is fantastic, and i went there for that, not the office staff.The new guy did bring it out to the car, so kudos to him!!!Will have to try the butter next time, hopefully it it not $6.31 per litre!The moon mist has a different taste in 2023, 2022 it was the best ice cream available, but this year it doesn’t taste the same…

It was a nice ice cream store. The flavour and texture of their ice cream were quite new to me but was worth it! It was so delicious and the premium quality is apparent. The staff were also nice and were prompt in making my order. I had a great experience here and I hope others would try their ice cream as well!

The ice cream is delicious and they got the sugar proportion just right, however, I realized that I started getting gut inflammation regularly. I narrowed it down to their ice cream for dessert each night. It's full of all the usual suspects, xanthan gum, carrageenan etc. The latter being a well known carcinogen as I recently found out. You guys are advertise as a small dairy and should be producing healthy food not the same garbage from the big corporations. I hope you are ashamed for making people sick and hope you change your recipes soon. I would gladly pay the extra ten percent to not have these chemicals and fillers in my food.
