Extremely disappointed with communication and not clear posting/warning when purchasing tickets online. No face paint allowed on Halloween? I witnessed multiple women being turned away after spending hours on their make up only to be told To wash it off or go home? I recently had a special day with my two adult children and six month grandchild and we chose to go to fort edmonton. Needless to say we left without seeing half the park. I contacted them via email about my concerns and they blocked me without even acknowledging my message. In my mind that was extremely distasteful and made up my mind that i will never go back, nor will i recommend this place again.
