Had an employee stay there using my points only to be told that they have 150$ deposit fees which is the largest I've ever herd of a hotel asking for. But ok then when I wanted a third party authorization form so I could pay for the incidentals myself I was told the customer had to pay for it themselves. Then on the chat was told that it had to be my company way later when i had already found somewhere else for them to stay. Its ok she wasnt comfortable with the homeless man...read full review
Don’t go to this hotel!!! A security guard beat a young woman. The hotel is trying to cover it up by saying “she fell” or she was “trespassing” anything to get the attention off of themselves. This woman was trying to leave and the security guard kept beating her. Go follow the story on tik tok under Lillian_Charles_69. That’s her mothers page.
