Four Points by Sheraton Edmonton South

I was asked to leave because the woman i brought in off the street was causing trouble in the hallways.
I picked her up cheap on stony plain by brados. Its half expected but gimme my money back after booting us out.
I slept outside that night and my shoes were stolen.
Bar here is ok. Rooms could be cleaner but so could i.

We were on business trip in Edmonton and booked couple rooms.
Rooms were clean, quiet and recently renovated. Staff was super nice and very professional.
The restaurant was great.
I also had an opportunity to speak to Jaswinder K and Navneet in restaurant.
They greets you with beautiful smile every morning. They made amazing chah (tea) for us. I love the flavour.

The front desk staff here are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean, quiet, and recently renovated. We found the bed and pillows extremely soft and comfortable.

A smoke alarm was set off during an event in the evening and the hotel had to be evacuated. We returned from an event around 11 and couldn’t get into our room, and our car keys were in our room so we were somewhat stuck. We chose to cross the freeway and walk to the Boston Pizza nearby to wait it out, which took an hour. The staff apologized as we returned, but because of the inconvenience this caused us and the other guests, I think we should have been offered a free breakfast or discount on our stay.

Had a great weekend with the family at this hotel. The staff were attentive and helpful before we even got there all the way til we left. Everyone is so friendly and kind. The breakfast buffet was so nice and we loved the pool and steam room. Will definitely be back.

This is a nice hotel with a reasonable price. The cleaning service was very good. The staff was responsive. Their breakfast is minimum. You can get a sandwich from a coffeeshop for a lower price. It is far from downtown and you had to take Uber which costs about 12 USD each way.

Went for the breakfast buffet, good selection and service. Would be nice if juice glasses were larger.

The hotel has been recently renovated. Great thought and care was put into the design and layout of the wheelchair accessible suites. The roll in shower is designed so the water STAYS in the shower, and doesn't flow over the rest of the floor. The pipes under the sink have been wrapped so that legs do not get burned by the hot water pipe.

The rooms are comfortable and scrupulously clean. The service is excellent.

The food in East 75 is beyond amazing. They have both a western and an Indian menu, and they do special requests. We found the Indian dishes we had for supper to be well-balanced, flavorful with just the right amount of heat, and scrumptious. We'd never had an Indian breakfast, and they offered to make us one this morning.
We are thoroughly impressed with this hotel and plan to regularly stay here when we visit Edmonton.

The hotel is somewhat centrally located, making it easy to travel around the city.

The best way to judge a place and its people is how it deals with adversity, and this place was stellar. After a long drive, we arrived late in the evening to crowds outside the hotel, fire trucks and ambulances and the lobby inaccessible due to an issue of smoke. Ann the front desk manager, who came from home to help out, got us a room key, took us to a side door so we could go in, and upgraded our room. Manpreet helped us with luggage and kept apologising. Our room was great, the bed comfy. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for looking after us so well.

Food was okay. Could have been hotter. Service was fantastic though.

The staff was fantastic. Room was modern and clean. We also enjoyed the Father's Day car show across the street.

My son and his father stayed at this hotel during the Edmonton playoff games and said that their stay was perfect. The room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the pool was a great size for my son to swim in. Staff was very kind and helpful during their stay. Very happy with the hotel and service overall.

Clean room, great pool, great staff! Food was really good for breakfast. Checkout was smooth and they even let me check in a little earlier since there was nobody in my room before I arrived! 10/10

Stayed here with a sports team. Great service. Clean rooms...staff always friendly.
