Just had my third week-long stay. They’ve completed remodeling and things are fresh. The staff (at the desk, in the hallway, everywhere) are so friendly. Rooms are clean and I love that there are two overhead lights in the rooms so it feels bright. It’s so convenient having the pub there as well. Ate there 3 times this week. Plenty to choose from on the menu. Friendly staff and attentive service. It’s a little feeling of home when I’m working out on the road.

Stayed here during the boat show week. It was nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was included, and it was good to be able to enjoy different foods each morning.

Traveled from Vancouver to Edmonton and stayed at 4 hotels along the way. Most places when there is a small booking ishue would not go above and beyond like Ben and Manneet did for my wife and with our pet Cujo. They not only fixed the problem but made out our stay fantastic. I would stay here again if we ever do come back to Edmonton.

Below average experience for the price point. Tacky carpet in room had stains. 1 of 2 elevators were out of service for the 5 days I spent there. The door of the working (and tiny) elevator didn't close properly. It seemed like it wasn't tracking properly and had a gap which widened at the bottom. Probably best to watch your kids so they don't stick their fingers in there. I'm surprised they allowed it to operate. Seems like a significant safety violation. The bathroom in the room was small. The door is within a few inches of the toilet when opening/closing it. Could hear people peeing in their toilet in the room above mine. Loudly. Like from my bed loud. Learned after the first night to shut my bathroom door so that i wouldn't have to hear that. Hotel might have been constructed years ago with cheap sound proofing. First and last stay at the Four Point on Argyll. Only upside was the 2 minute drive to Starbucks.

Worst booking experience ever, tried to book online and dates kept changing. I tried to log into my account and got multiple errors. After about 20 minutes and 2 incorrect reservations I had to call. The agent on the phone wanted to charge me an extra $40 to move dates, even though I was looking live at their website and it was the same price. I finally asked for a supervisor and was “disconnected “. I had to cancel my reservations and book through Expedia to get it right.I would not recommend.

Very old hotel like a rat hole. Need renovation. It isn't worth to pay the price.

The gentleman who checked us in was nice, the lady with dark hair working at the front desk at 7:30 pm on Saturday Jan. 20th, 2024 was absolutely miserable... Was rude when she called my room to pick up my Uber eats order, which had stated to be dropped off in my room, as well as when I requested cutlery. She could use some coaching from her manager.

This is the most expensive, low quality room I have ever stayed. For the price of this room, it is severely overrated & so bland, uncomfortable, small. Old tv with no channels, electrical outlets don’t work. Front desk service was terrible. Front desk clerk was rude & never brought towels that I requested. Will not stay or here again or recommend to anyone.

I recently had the pleasure of hosting a company event at the Four Points by Sheraton Edmonton South, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience. From the moment we started planning, the event manager, Monia, stood out for her exceptional professionalism and attention to detail. She flawlessly handled all of our requirements, ensuring that every aspect of the party was perfect. Monia's expertise and dedication truly made our party the highlight of the year for the entire company. The venue itself exceeded our expectations. The arrangements were done with precision, and the atmosphere was festive and welcoming. The food served was not only delicious but also catered to diverse tastes, receiving rave reviews from all our attendees. In addition to the event, we booked rooms for our out-of-town employees, and the accommodations were nothing short of fantastic. Everyone praised the quality and comfort of the rooms, making their stay just as enjoyable as the event itself.Overall, our experience at Four Points by Sheraton Edmonton South was nothing short of outstanding. I highly recommend this venue for any event, and we look forward to returning for future gatherings.A heartfelt thank you to Monia and the entire team for making our event truly memorable!

My husband and I had come for a Celebration of life service- First off the lady at the reception desk just pointed into the corner and said your room is that way and we didn’t realize we had to go through a key-locked door to get to it, so we got lost twice before we finally went back to the counter to find out how to get to our room again … We had to go up 4 steps with the luggage cart to get to our room and I had to take everything off of the cart to lift the cart up the steps, and then carry all the stuff up the steps to put back on the cart- the room seemed clean enough, although there was quite a bit of dust on the coffee table in front of the couch, and a big splotch of red lipstick on the top left corner of the curtains on the one window but the second window had no curtains on it (since we were in the far end room on a corner )which woke us up early both mornings, when the light came in and woke our dog and us as well (we are used to having our blackout curtains at home in our bedroom). Our room phone and the TV didn’t work so a maintenance man did come and got the TV working, but was not able to fix the telephone and they never were able to get the phone working properly so I used my cell phone which was OK. The bed was perfect though… we never were able to get the Wi-Fi to work? Lastly, when we went to have a shower on our last morning, there was no shampoo, so we just decided to go home and have one there. Aside from all of these issues it was a Well- needed rest and we did sleep well in the bed when we got to sleep.
