It's in the hotel so it's definitely convenient if you're staying there, and I'd recommend it to guests of the hotel.Food is perfectly acceptable, I had the fish and chips which was not the best I've had but it was still quite good. Service was great! Everyone was attentive and polite.

Staying at the hotel so ate here. I had steak. My partner had the salmon. Both were cooked perfectly. Very happy with the food. Our server,Moham, was professional and attentive. We were asked how our food was. Does not happen a lot. Recommend this restaurant. Portions were big. Very satisfied. Very full.

The element and four points is awesome and the front desk girl Lilyanna is incredible always forever and ever .every time I come the stuff is always very help full.the rooms very quite and the breakfast in the morning is a good part of the day.

Here’s the thing. This is a nice hotel and maybe I’m being a little to harsh on my review. It’s got a decent lounge area and full menu restaurant downstairs. Nice lobby. The room has a nice big TV that allows you to stream Netflix, etc - from your phone. However. The beds are not comfortable. Not at all. Even tried sleeping on the couch. It was marginally better. If you don’t mind a hard bed then disregard this review. It’s a little far to stay here and walk to the mall. So don’t assume you will be wanting to do that. It’s a couple minute drive.

Room was comfy, no complaints. The front desk receptionist Lilyana is wonderful and always goes above and beyond to make sure my stay is great. The value is great for what you get, I have been here many times visiting Edmonton and would come again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It was short yet wonderful. The front desk was very nice. She accommodated our last minute request. The bed and pillows are comfortable! All staffs are nice. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The front desk and staff are exceptional!! We have enjoyed the morning breakfast options. The pool is a fun way to unwind after a long day. The room is clean and beds are comfortable. It’s located close to so many amenities.

I have been staying at four points west through my company a few times a month for a year . Lilyanna at the front desk always greets you with a smile and is always accommodating if there is any issues . AC works great, especially in those hot 30+ summer days ! . I have never had an issue with noise in the rooms and the newer gym is a nice addition compared to plenty other hotels in the area. Bar is a little bit expensive compared to a typical bar in the area ( no surprise since it's a hotel ). Otherwise a great experience at this hotel and a restful nights sleep .
My wife and I stayed here at Four Points by Sheraton June 23, 2023 for a brief Staycation. What a wonderful experience. Great staff in both the hotel and the restaurant. I enjoyed the Butter Chicken and my wife had the Asian Noodle Bowl. Both were delicious. We must thank the chef, Pandora and our wonderful server Sasi. Also, the front desk hotel staff Lilyana and Sam were instrumental in creating a very enjoyable stay. We appreciate them for going above and beyond in welcoming us during our break from the normal day to day lives we are accustomed to. Again , we highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton located in west Edmonton on 185 Street and 100 Ave.

I would like to just say that Sam at the front desk is a great employee. I had made an error in the booking date and after about a dozen phones calls to try and change it, as I needed it changed to that very day. I called back directly to the hotel. Sam was polite, kind, courteous and very understanding and he was able to change it right away. Even got an early check in time so thank-you very much Sam!!! Wonderful employee.

Have stayed here three times and the rooms are always clean and lovely. The unbelievable food at the restaurant that is in this hotel though is the star of the facility. And is one of the reasons i have come back here and will continue to as long as the quality does not suffer. The wait staff are always super friendly. I have travelled around the world and extensively throughout North America and the beef dip i just ate was simply the best i have had anywhere.

Had an unfortunate incident awhile ago. Management was more than accommodating. We were provided a complimentary stay when we thought we were going to have a discounted rate. Room was very spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Restaurant on site was great although we didn’t use it this time round. First stay was delicious! Front staff were very friendly and Sam, the manager on duty was very good. They were all about customer service! Will definitely recommend this hotel!
