My husband went to get me a Berrii Crunchii Salad, which I wanted customized. I sent him with a list of exactly the ingredients I wanted in my salad, including Balsamic Vinagrette for the dressing. My list could not have been any clearer as to the precise ingredients I wanted. What they made for me was a salad with added apples (which was not indicated on my list), and what looked like some type of peanut-based/colored sauce (which obviously looks nothing like balsamic vinagrette)....

Stopped in for a chicken wrap the one time and it was VERY Good, I havnt been back to this location since I moved but other Freshii just don't hit the nail quite like this one.

Although it's pricey, the portions were huge, the ingredients were super fresh and tasty. It is SO CLEAN including the washroom. I was very impressed. And the customer service is top notch. Best Freshii location
