Been here a couple times. Absolutely poor food quality. Ordered a smoothie bowl tonight took it home and it was completely liquid. Not ever was it a smoothie. Just floating fruit chunks in a bowl of liquid

My order from this location was terrible. Broccoli that was brown, stale wonton pieces, dried out chicken that tasted like it had been under a heat lamp all day. Would never order there again.

I enjoyed my experience at Freshii. I ordered the teriyaki twist bowl and the veggies were all fresh and the bowl was filled to the top. I subbed the tofu for chicken, and it came out nice a warm. The service was friendly and quick. I would definitely come back and try a different bowl.

Since they’ve changed the menu. Portion sizes are way down. The quality of ingredients is terrible. Went to get mango on top of my bowl today. It was green. Asked to get it taken off. Doing a custom bowl, you used to be able to pick up to six ingredients. Now it’s down to three. Didn’t change for the better. Don’t recommend

Very disappointed with my bowl and the meat quality. Portion sizes are getting smaller every time.I come fairly often and usually it is decent. Today me and my boyfriend came and spent 40$ ish together 2 bowls and a soup to share.I got tofu and paid for chicken ADDITIONAL in mine, I got maybe 3 pieces of chicken and they were rock hard end pieces that tasted days old. Couldn’t eat any of it. I also added sweet potatoes to my bowl and we thought I got carrots at first by how hard and uncooked they were. Extremely disappointedThe lemongrass soup toppings also contained maybe five mushrooms, some tiny amount of carrots and a spoon of cabbage. Not worth the almost 8$ at all lately
Cons :Has changed -- not for the better. Smaller portions, Lower quality ingredients, usually an odd smell in the facility.Pros:Sauce flavors consistentThe staff is genuinely friendly every time.

Fresh, tasty, good portion & price. Been there several times and the staff are always so friendly and fast. I like how the cucumber and chicken is cut up small, other Freshii locations put big chunks and Windermere location does it perfectly.
