I used to love coming here and then suddenly the food wasn’t good anymore. Older produce, the noodles in my Buddha satay are always hard and now it’s become a soup…?? It used to be really good and now it’s not. I won’t be back.

My family frequently eat at Freshii, but the last time we went to this store, about mid-June, a hell-and-brimstone type of evangelical Christian radio/broadcast show was playing on the sound system. It was loud enough to make it difficult to hear the person taking our order. Only after paying for our meals did we really hear the content of what was playing. We found it deeply inhospitable. I will never patronize this location again and have to seriously consider whether we should give money to this company going forward.

If you want a salad, wrap, soup, smoothies, etc., that are made FRESH! Healthy! Fabulous!!! It was so good! Excellent friendly service too! My mom and I loved it! I could eat here everyday!!! Price is great for REAL FOOD!

Was ordering for my self and my wife, and ask a bit of hot sauce, he was hurry to punch numbers for extra, I cancel my order and walk away, went somewhere else, lucky me I didn't ask for ketchup. Lol they lost my business

This used to be a decent location, but it now appears to be under new management, who will only fill bowls up halfway.
I've been back a few times, and ordered extra, but there's no change. Even saw a new employee get trained to do the same. 20 bucks for half a bowl is not worth it

Waiting time for the food is more than 20 min . As according to them it should be ready around 11:35 but they handed me the after 20 min. Need to put more staff
picked a mango smoothie and all it tasted like was banana. spent $9 to throw it out in front of the workers. won’t be coming back.

I love Freshii and have been coming to the Calgary Trail location frequently for a year now. I'm saddened by the quality of food I have received the last 2 times I have gone. The bowls aren't as full and the quality control is lacking. The proteins that used to be included are now "options". And the friendly woman that was always onstaff - doesn't seem to be there anymore.

I am taking a course in the area and Freshii is in walking distance. The both times I went in, I made own wrap and they were both so delicious. Today I made it a combo with a smoothie and it tasted very fresh. I will probably go back again tomorrow for lunch.
Vegetarian options: Most of the options seemed to be vegetarian and the choice to add protein with some being vegetarian options like falafel
