I visited the store recently and the service is too good, staff is very friendly. Dhwanit and lovepreet both are very nice and friendly guys. I love the food and their style of serving. Got very fresh , healthy and testy protine bowl and smoothie bowl. love to eat again and again.

I’m not sure if this is normal but I got a smoothie bowl and the worker there was pretty nice but when he gave me the bowl he covered it with the napkins and I knew something was off, I looked at the bowl and it was completely melted. Still tasted okay just not what I was expecting…

I’ve come here a few too many times and my go to order is BUDDHA SATAY - with falafel, eggs 🥚 and extra wonton with extra sauce. They Nait right here. Honestly the folks that work here actually remember my order and they always do it consistently right. They’re friend and accommodating and this is why I like coming here. They don’t have attitude and they’re always friendly! Aakash was the one that helped me out this time but another fellow working there always remembered me and always helped me out but yeah, today Aakash surprised me and I have to write a good review (finally) Thanks for the staff everyone who always accommodates me and for making my order awesome! Appreciate it! Thanks 🥗 for the great meal. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ THANKS FRESHII STAFF!

I used to love coming here and then suddenly the food wasn’t good anymore. Older produce, the noodles in my Buddha satay are always hard and now it’s become a soup…?? It used to be really good and now it’s not. I won’t be back.

My family frequently eat at Freshii, but the last time we went to this store, about mid-June, a hell-and-brimstone type of evangelical Christian radio/broadcast show was playing on the sound system. It was loud enough to make it difficult to hear the person taking our order. Only after paying for our meals did we really hear the content of what was playing. We found it deeply inhospitable. I will never patronize this location again and have to seriously consider whether we should give money to this company going forward.

This used to be a decent location, but it now appears to be under new management, who will only fill bowls up halfway.
I've been back a few times, and ordered extra, but there's no change. Even saw a new employee get trained to do the same. 20 bucks for half a bowl is not worth it
