Normally I love Freshii. I eat it at least once a week. This was the first time I ordered from this location and after 3 bites we sent both Oaxaca bowls with chicken back and got a full refund. They were both awful. I strongly recommend going elsewhere if you are craving Freshii.
1. One of the ingredients was off/spoiled, I couldn’t pinpoint which one but I believe it may have been the beans, 2. They used a heavy lemon juice mix to keep the avocados from turning brown. They didn’t rinse this mix off so there was a strong lemon flavour on everything. 3. The worker was not wearing a hair net or hat serving fresh food. We reminded her that she should be wearing one, but I don’t think she understood what we meant as her english was poor. I am guessing this is a training issue. 4. Minor detail but they don’t use Freshii issued cutlery or napkins. They use the tiny flimsy cutlery from the dollar store, and napkins that are like the one-ply toilet paper you find in a public bathroom. 5. The store was dingy compared to most Freshii locations. Not necessarily health code violation. Just unkempt and kind of sad. 6. My portion was tiny, like half the size of a normal Freshii bowl. My partner’s was normal sized.
The upside, after a quick call to her manager, we got our money back with very little resistance from the worker. Oh, and lots of free parking.

This location deserves no rating at all. I went in today Sept 11 around 12pm for lunch takeaway. Bought Mezze Delight, the portion of the item was so inappropriate compared to other Freshii locations I have been going to. They seem to just cut down on actual portion of item, hence impacting taste of the food. Plus, customer service was pathetic as well. Never going back and will not recommend.
Vegetarian options: More veg items for protien would be great

I cannot thank this Freshii location enough. Specifically, I have to reference two incredible employees: Avi and Deep. (I hope that these names are spelled correctly)
I came to this Freshii location in a serious time of need, we had a large-scale event happening nearby and I needed meals for specific dietary restrictions, which amounted to 17 different meals. I came in, (slightly panicked, to be sure!) and was greeted by Avi, who was immediately kind, caring, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. I told her my 17 very specific needs (a variety of restrictions from nut allergies to dairy intolerances to gluten, and sometimes combinations of each) and she immediately had answers and ideas. We went through all of my restrictions together, figured out the best options, and made up 17 different meals all for my guests. It was such a breath of fresh air to work with people who were so coordinated, ready to go, and knowledgeable about their food.
Deep was working alongside Avi and together they had my massive order ready in 25 minutes. I asked for the food within 45 minutes! They kept on meeting and soaring above my expectations for the order, and they could not have been kinder all the while. The food was well-received by my guests, and it was just amazing peace of mind knowing that their needs were met, and with time to spare!
I could not say it more, Avi and Deep saved me that day! I could not have been more pleased with the quality and care associated with my order. Just brilliant. Thank you so much, Avi and Deep, for an amazing experience!

For the price this is not worth it. For a teriyaki bowl with chicken it's about $18. The Buddha bowl with chicken and eggs is almost $25. Meat and add ons they skimp out on. You are paying $5 for chicken but you get maybe a few pieces. They also give you barely enough sauce and you end up eating a dry veggie and rice bowl with a few strands of chicken. Of course you have to pay for extra sauce.
If you're gonna pay that much you're better off going somewhere else

We ordered two rice bowls with some veggies and steak. The bill was around $33. We felt that it is not worth the amount of veggie and steak portions given. There was only one employee and that person was behaving like we disturbed her.

Came in at about 2pm June 26, 2024 with my sisters and my neice. We were in the area for the wednesday callingwood farmers market when we decided to stop by for a nice quick bite. When we entered, we were the only one's in the building aside from one visible employee. My older sister had recieved an eye roll from the employee when taking her order. I ordered a texas smokehouse roll with chicken and a freshii green smoothie that I had accidentally tipped over onto the floor with my elbow when putting my neice back into her baby stroller. I immediately picked the cup off the floor and threw it out and went to go for napkins as the smoothie also splashed down my leg and shoes and the stroller; as I approached the counter I had sincerely apologized and let the employee know what had happened and her response was no words, a sour expression and an eye roll. As I also work in a restaurant I know these accidents do happen and I would have gladly cleaned my own mess up had the employee had a more professional and hospitable attitude. Instead, she called out my older sister's order, dropped it onto the counter and swiftly left for the back without anymore acknowledgement towards us. When a food delivery driver came in to get his order just seconds later, she had returned up to the front promptly, so my sisters and I then walked out - leaving the mess for her to clean up herself.
Grumpy customer service aside, our rolls/burritos were dry and pretty much lacking in ingredients other than rice and beans. I cannot leave any comment on the smoothie as unfortunately it had been tipped over before I could try it.... goodbye to my money currently going down the drain.

Ordered a berrii crunchii salad and it was not good did not taste fresh and didn’t get any balsamic vinaigrette on it just a waste of money
Ordered Spicy lemon grass soup and Buddha bowl with tofu. Both were totally bland in taste. Buddha bowl was very dry and spicy peanut sauce on it was barely there.

Shout out to the workers who are great at what they do. Yesterday, after a long hike, my fiancé and I stopped at this location and grabbed a delicious and freshly made lunch, including smoothies that quenched our thirst. We've visited many other Freshii locations around town, but this one made our smoothies better than any other. They weren't overly sweet; they were made just right, enhancing our experience.
