I ordered 2 of the Oaxaca bowls, because it was the only option with avocado and I love avocado. Please spot the avocado in this picture. They both have 4 pieces the size of a DIME in there. 2 or 3 small pieces of tomato. What a joke.

I walked in with Sarah, got a swift kick in the nose with the hard hitting scent of dukie. I wish I was trying to make a laugh but the smell was bad enough we walked out after getting two steps into the door.

This place used to be so good. Now any time I give it another chance and order items are missing. I clearly ask for sauce on the side and it never is. Paid extra for an extra sauce and don’t even get it. Just frustrating. My bf and I used to go here all the time to the point the owners would give us free stuff for coming so often and seems it may be new management or different staff atleast because though the food may be good , the service is often poor now.

I ordered two bowls, one was made one right away and set aside Then they told me that there would be a two minute wait for rice. I didn’t get the second bowl till over 40 minutes later and by then the first bowl was already cold. This is not my first bad experience with this location.

This place skimps on portions and ingredient quality compared to other Freshii's in the city. Seriously, the regular burrito size here is equivalent to a child size at the other ones. The same menu items here taste off when compared to other locations so you know that the "fresh" in Freshii is seriously lacking
I love freshii, but this location is just terrible. Today I decided to give it one more chance, my wrap came with the wrong lettuce, regular tomatoes after being upcharged for cherry tomatoes, and folded as through it was an envelop. Very challenging to eat. Toppings were not fresh, had to pick out half of the greens.

I love freshii and I get it very regularly but this location makes the burritos ? so bad I ate the first half of it and had nothing but very largely chopped red onions and tomatoes nothing was in any way mixed together and it was so overpowering I couldn't even take a third bite DISGUSTING . There is a way to make something like you yourself would like to eat it and then there is just putting a scoop of each ingredient and wrapping it up with no care and this place doesn't make it to be eaten

Was very disappointed coming into this location at 7:30 and smelling javex cleaning supplies, then having to try to eat through the smell. Then I was quite upset whenever she started to mop while we were eating. I understand being in the kitchen industry for 20+ years, but chemicals should only be used whenever customers aren't around, even if it means you mop yourself out. The food was ok. My soup was barely warm, but after having to wait 3 more minutes while my wife ate, I was too hungry to complain, lol. I was very happy with the portion size though of everything
