WOW, AMAZING! I eat Freshii winterburn often. My first time at this location. The older workers are so nice, polite, and kind. I love how they made my Freshii bowl. I wish I lived nearby so I could keep coming back. THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE!
One of the better Freshii locations. Very nice staff, great smoothies!
First time and last time. Service and food are sub par.

The Freshii franchise has drastically reduced their menu selections from a few years ago so that's very disappointing.
The portion sizes are substantially reduced from before, while prices have escalated dramatically. They are using FLAT lids now, which used to be a bubble shape so customers can see the franchises' concerted efforts to give less food.
The Winterburn Road restaurant is even more cheap with their portion sizes compared to other Freshii locations. A bowl for $14.00 should be FULL not some skimpy portion.
I prefer to eat healthy take-out but refuse to get ripped off.
I'm sure I'm not the only one!

Anastasia definitely the best staff member, fast and always with a smile, had to ask her name today, she deserves a good review.

Their payment system was down and they made the process far longer and more complicated than it needed to be.

They changed the menu and now the Buddha bowl/wrap (completely different ingredients) has rice noodles which soaks up the VERY watered down peanut sauce. disappointed.

I ordered the spicy Buffalo chicken wrap and that chicken was not right. I've never had squishy chicken before, it wasn't pink but it was horrible tasting. The texture was squishy and the flavors were not good. Not pleased. The berri crunch salad also was 80% quinoa and a few greens. Barely any actual salad. Really disappointed with the food. I used to love this location but this time the food was horrible.

I have eaten at many Freshii locations as I prefer their bowls over other fast foods and this location is the stingiest I have EVER been to! Waste of money!I paid for stake and it was a JOKE! Three SUPER THIN strips that it was more roast beef than steak. The avocado was literally ONE super thin slice and they cut HALF a strawberry to add. The scoop of cheese was full and she thought it was too much so she put maybe a half. There was soo much room from the bowl to the lid and it was basically $20! A waste of money and joke of a location. Go to another location if you want freshii!
