Quality has gone down and prices have gone up. When I used to eat here the portion was actually proportionate. Now it’s quite literally 6pieces of 1cm chicken squares. Where’s the corn? Where are the beets? Where’s the kale? Five pieces of small chopped kale. Where’s the beans? Bowl full or rice and some burnt. People are not eating out because it’s expensive, they’ve stop eating out because they realize they can make the same stuff for the same price and have leftovers for the week. 20$ bowl (chicken 3.59) with delivery 50minute from order time. Last time eating a freshii bowl

Went in for a couple of burritos. Service was great. One person working. There should be 2. She was alone but had a smile on her face even though she had 2 people waiting and had to fill an online order. Supper times should have 2 people working.

I got a custom bowl. The lady was super nice, greeted me with a warm smile and made the bowl quickly and efficiently. The food was extravagant, atmosphere noticeably clean and the service immediate and polite. Will for sure come back again, no doubt.

This afternoon I ordered on the website and made a mistake for time of pickup. I called the location and the lady said I can come in whenever and pick it up. I went in about 30 min later and they said they didn’t have my order, she was very annoyed. Also proceeded to ask me 2 times if i was a doordash driver. Told her i had no account and she proceeded to tell me to log in. She THEN puts me on the phone with her manager , the manager proceeded to say that it’s my fault i don’t have a screenshot of my order even though i already paid , i said she shouldn’t of told me to come if i had to wait the 2 hours (i would’ve waited) the manager was rude and off putting blaming me for me coming in early. They ended up giving me my food. Also why am i giving my email and phone number for no email confirmation of order??? but no i have to screenshot it! AT the end though the lady was very nice to me

Ordered a Buddha satay burrito it was very dry, half way through eating I found a dark black hair which I had to pull out of my mouth from my throat tangled up in the burrito, had to throw out the burrito

WOW, AMAZING! I eat Freshii winterburn often. My first time at this location. The older workers are so nice, polite, and kind. I love how they made my Freshii bowl. I wish I lived nearby so I could keep coming back. THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE!
