I visited this freshie for some dinner and was very pleased with the service and the quality of food. Everything tasted amazing. And the lady at the front desk was extremely kind and very helpful and gladly helped me decide what I wanted as I was very indecisive. 10/10

It’s not “Fresh” - it’s a few pieces of diced (1cm cubed) chicken that was put in the microwave, and so much lettuce that you wouldn’t even know you ordered a chicken wrap. (Look at the misleading marketing in these photos - it’s a case of “instagram vs reality”).
I genuinely can’t understand anyone ever wanting to purchase Freshii twice. Makes sense that the menu is so overpriced - surely they expect to have no returning customers. Freshii gave me points to redeem for this wrap after a similar experience at a different location (fair and prompt customer service, I’ll give them that!) which is why I decided to give it a second chance. Very disappointing and I will not be returning.

Freshii is a good spot for a healthy salad or bowl. Raw clean natural vegetables in a colorful and simple presentation. You can mix and match to create your own.
The space is simple and clean. The service is helpful and kind.

I'm sure it's generally good but this is my experience as a first time customer.I ordered online and waited for my order to be ready based on the time estimate. I get there and the guy hadn't even started my order. It was empty in the store so it's not like it was busy. He rushed through my order and almost forgot my protein. When I got home to eat there was hardly any dressing on my salad. I regret tipping especially considering I spent 45$ on two salads. My order number is #19134. I'm very disappointed and frustrated.

Freshii is my go-to spot for a quick, healthy lunch. Their wraps and fresh sauces taste amazing and keep me full for hours. If you love spice, I highly recommend the Spiicy Buffalo with Chicken!
Confirmed I wanted steak three times and he gave me chicken, he also didn’t put all the ingredients called for in when I made no modifications to them and thhe burritos are half the size at this location. Walk ten minutes up the road to the 103st one they’re 100x better

I ordered from skip. The Cobb salad was as should be expected, but the teriyaki bowl was disappointing. The teriyaki sauce tasted like a reduced and thickened soy sauce, and was incredibly salty. The ingredients were fresh, but the sauce was abundant. More than half of my meal was discarded. The teriyaki needs work.The service here is great. Friendly staff and fresh ingredients.
