I'm sure it's generally good but this is my experience as a first time customer.I ordered online and waited for my order to be ready based on the time estimate. I get there and the guy hadn't even started my order. It was empty in the store so it's not like it was busy. He rushed through my order and almost forgot my protein. When I got home to eat there was hardly any dressing on my salad. I regret tipping especially considering I spent 45$ on two salads. My order number is #19134. I'm very disappointed and frustrated.

Freshii is my go-to spot for a quick, healthy lunch. Their wraps and fresh sauces taste amazing and keep me full for hours. If you love spice, I highly recommend the Spiicy Buffalo with Chicken!

Confirmed I wanted steak three times and he gave me chicken, he also didn’t put all the ingredients called for in when I made no modifications to them and thhe burritos are half the size at this location. Walk ten minutes up the road to the 103st one they’re 100x better

I ordered from skip. The Cobb salad was as should be expected, but the teriyaki bowl was disappointing. The teriyaki sauce tasted like a reduced and thickened soy sauce, and was incredibly salty. The ingredients were fresh, but the sauce was abundant. More than half of my meal was discarded. The teriyaki needs work.The service here is great. Friendly staff and fresh ingredients.

Never again. I rarely go to Freshii, but came this time strictly because I've not been feeling well and wanted a meal that had a high variety of veggies, whatever the price.I got the Chipotle steak to go and it looked pretty good while inside the container...4 very thin strips of steak was disappointing, but I came for the veggies so whatever...I get home and start digging into it, only to find it was a thin layer of veggies beautifully crafted on the TOP, and then the remaining 70% was RICE cleverly hidden below.It was a bowl of rice, with a dash of veggies. I could only eat half the bowl before giving up. I was unwell and wanted fresh veggies.I get times are hard for the restaurant industry, but this is a terrible tactic. Setting expectations high with the deceptive presentation only to dig in and see the reality, is a terrible strategy. Never again will I eat here.P.S. I bought 2 bowls for me and my partner, hers was the exact same issue too.
I come here at lunch regularly. Well ran operation. Dude even remembers my orders often times.

Coupon carriers be warned!I went to grab something to eat at this Freshii location last night. I was looking for a healthy-ish meal after a long day at work and had a sheet of coupons I was anticipating utilizing. However when I went to order I was told this location does not accept coupons. Which makes no sense, they are Freshii coupons and it was a Freshii restaurant. Needless to say I decided not to invest my money at this location after all (as I don't appreciate getting the run around) and went to mucho burrito nearby for supper instead.
