I go to another Freshii all the time, and I’ve never been charged an additional cost for getting something made as a bowl, when I ordered from the bowl menu? The kicker, this is hands-down the worse Quality ingredients I have received from a freshii lol. If I’m paying over $16 I expect the ingredients to at least be fresh to go in hand with that price.

I always loved this place until I think the staff changed. This lady I asked her to give me the dressing on the side and little bit on my bowl. Because she doesn’t understand English she said oh I will have to charge u extra and I said jus give me the same amount. Again she gave me a look I felt weird. There was a guy making my food and he was nicer but I felt intimidated and customer service declining at this location.
