Service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant had a clean, relaxed vibe. Prices are a bit higher than typical fast food, but worth it for the quality and freshness. Overall, a great spot for a light, healthy meal

Went to the south common location today, October 11, at 11:40 AM. Google says open. The door is locked, the open sign is off and the business hours are removed from the door. No answer either when I called so I took my $80 to the Ellerslie location

Large catering order of salads(30-40) for staff appreciation lunch... couldn't find a coworker with anything good to say. They had multiple days notice to prep. My shrimp was not cooked, nor was any other shrimp order. Lettuce was wet and soggy. Some of the other ingredients were okay but overall glad I didn't pay. Really disappointed, should've packed lunch from home.

I recently purchased a banana strawberry smoothie from this location, and unfortunately, it was a letdown. The smoothie was watery and lacked flavor. When I called the store to report the issue, the staff member named Harsh was unhelpful and rude. When I asked him to replace the smoothie, he suggested I go to a different location instead. Definitely not impressed with the product or the customer service.

I made a few adjustments over the phone, and everything was delivered perfectly! The food was fresh, well-packed, and everyone at the office loved it. Will definitely consider ordering again.
