Came there and only one table was waiting, apparently there was only 1 worker, because she then would try to make my order but then taking the next people that came in orders. I was there waiting 20 mins, I even asked for a salad but got a bowl I wasnt going to waste anymore time there. I won't come back here to this location

Ordered a shrimp bowl and received chicken. Also ordered a smoothie bowl, and it arrived as soup as you can see in the picture. Was quoted 30 minutes for delivery and it took over an hour. Complete waste of money.

The lady took my order then started making my smoothie and wrap then stopped and tool 4 other people orders then went back to my food and drink to make it which delayed my order by extra 10 minutes wow zero stars for the lady working

Ordered this tonight kind of close to closing time, unfortunately they didn’t care to really make the food but instead threw semi raw ingredients into the bowl. My rice noodles were very undercooked, and the vegetables were thrown in right out of the fridge. Very disappointed in this bowl. I have ordered from many locations before and have never been served one this way. Quite disappointing.

I ordered a Tuna Poke Bowl and there wasn’t one piece of tuna on it. Egg was their version of tuna. Not impressed. One girl working. The other left when she took my order.

Quality has gone down and prices have gone up. When I used to eat here the portion was actually proportionate. Now it’s quite literally 6pieces of 1cm chicken squares. Where’s the corn? Where are the beets? Where’s the kale? Five pieces of small chopped kale. Where’s the beans? Bowl full of rice and some burnt. People are not eating out because it’s expensive, they’ve stop eating out because they realize they can make the same stuff for the same price and have leftovers for the week. 20$ bowl (3.59 w chicken) with delivery 50minute from order time. Safe to say I’ll never eat another freshii bowl

Check your bowl. I opted for added veggies that never made it in. The portion size of some of those that did was abismal. Ended up basically with a bowl of rice. They even charge full rate if you substitute veggies which is insane because there are custom bowl options they could price out cheaper.

Service was great! Friendly staff, but the bowl and smoothie that I got was really disappointing for the price that I paid. Barely any sauce, my noodles are dry and flavourless, only a few veggies added and nothing nutritious about it.
