I used to order here all the time but the last two times both the rice and quinoa were horribly underdone to the point of being inedible.
It's a shame because when the food hits its delicious and healthy!

I just got an energy bowl and a kale wrap, the wrap was dryyy no dressing/sauce even if I added it to the menu and the bowl was stinky, the tomatoes smelled sooooooooooo bad from the bag, that's not safe to eat, that reflects a bad hygiene, Freshii is not fresh at all that's called wrong advertising, I don't recommend 0/10

Freshii unfortunately has only gone downhill the last couple of years. Today I went to give it another chance, but was disappointed. The bowl I ordered had very little flavour, and the broccoli tasted foul. It seems like Freshii has changed their menu, ingredient selection & quality control. It’s too bad! Used to really enjoy it for a healthier lunch option.

Ordered food and while she was making my food got the skip order and stopped making my food to make that food then we got our food witch had no sauce and small portions mostly rice every other one I have been to wad way better then this one and had to wait over 20 minutes for her to make our soups absolutely ridiculous definitely will never come back to this location

Ordered a bowl and It was literally past due, the cabbage smelled HORRIBLE the rice was old everything was nasty I literally opened the box and it smelled. DONT EAT THERE ! It’s disgusting and the lack of respect for your customers is unacceptable!! 20$ for a bowl that went straight to the garbage! I will report this location

Ordered the custom bowl with cabbage and the cabbage was VERY OLD to the point it was brown, oxidized terribly and smelled off. The Caulii & White Cheddar Soup container was only 1/2 full and was 90% quinoa, like porridge - because of this, it is very dry and bland. I have never had such bad food as I have here. The whole order was thrown in the garbage - what a waste!

1/4 avocado 1.79 cad lot o3.79 chicken the charge and I think it was less than 20 gram I did not add any extra than this - no wonder freshii is going down in Canada ,

The lady at the counter was extremely rude, I arrived at the location at 7:25 p.m. and she told me they were closed and packing up; however, the store hours say it is open till 8:00 p.m. After letting her know that the store hours say 8:00 she fought with me and then finally agreed to take my order as if she was doing me a favour. She then went into the kitchen and got on a phone call as I waited patiently. I waited for almost 20 minutes to receive my food. The service was abysmal and on top of that they got my order wrong as I asked for a Buddha satay bowl with rice noodles but got brown rice. I let her know that I wanted rice noodles but she told me that I was wrong about my order. I ate half the bowl and then threw out the rest. This is not the service I expect from freshii. Choose another location.

A bit ridiculous. Got a salad, the berries were frozen and the lettuce was soft and going bad. My wife ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and about half way through saw there was no chicken. The employee said “chicken is an extra fee”. Fair enough on some items but it was advertised as a buffalo chicken wrap.

The employee did offer to remake it but at that point we were over it. I usually go to the Gateway location and always had great service and fresh food.
