Freshly Squeezed

Poor service and very unprofessional behavior.
They close at 6:00 PM, but when we arrived at 4:30 PM, we were told they were already closed because they washed the machine. Seriously? If you close early, it should be clearly mentioned somewhere. There is no sign, no notice, nothing written about closing before 6:00 PM.

We waited for 5 minutes while deciding and looking at the menu. The staff didn’t even bother to say hi, acknowledge us, or inform us that they were closed. She should have mentioned it right away instead of letting us stand there like customers when clearly they didn’t want to serve anyone.

I had great experience here. We used to love the sugarcane juice here but the other day arsh suggested me to try the fresh veggie juice. It was good and healthy at the same time. Must visit. Great customer service.

This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I came all the way from Vancouver specifically to try the mango slush, and somehow the staff still managed to mess up such a simple order. Instead of giving me the mango slush I clearly asked for, the lady handed me a mango veggie smoothie—something I never wanted in the first place.
When I asked her to fix the mistake, she told me I had to pay again. I couldn’t believe it. I wasn’t rude, I simply asked if she could do anything at all, considering the drink was $22, but she refused to help in any way. It was a complete waste of my time, my money, and honestly my patience. I left extremely disappointed and won’t be returning. I had to pay to get another drink instead of changing the drink and you know acting into the customer service of the food department she was completely opposite so I had to pay to get my drink kudoos to the staff

The freshly squeezed store is a must-visit! Their smoothies are fresh, flavorful, and perfectly blended. Arsh, an employee, provided exceptional service, being incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place for delicious smoothies and great customer service!

I love the protein shake however the guy that was working on Remembrance Day made me feel like I am inconveniencing him. No eye contact, didnt bother asking what kind of protein I would like and handed me my drink like it was a burden to him. I was the only customer at that time! My husband liked what I ordered so we came back after lunch and the ladies were more helpful and pleasant.

We ordered smoothie and they made slush (just water and fruit).. I checked freshly squeezed website slush is ice and fruit and smoothie is when you add sugar creamer or something.. they are confused of what they are making...
A humble request to the owner that please hire people who can communicate properly.. I am an Indian and in today's shift at freshly squeezed everybody was indian but communication is pathetic.. they were not able.to understand basic instructions and cant express properly what they what to say..
Confused, puzzled staff.. poor customer service and lack of communication specially with a guy in today's shift..
