I went to order a drink yesterday and I didn’t know what to order I had only drank their boba the last time I went. Once I had asked the employee what was a juice they made that was sour, he had recommended a mango one. Since I wasn’t sure if it was going to be the right one for me; I had ordered a small (The price was 11 dollars!) After the quick wait I tried the drink. It was the most bitter juice I had ever tasted! Then I went to see if they could remake the drink but the employees hesitated and made excuses of the mangoes being from Mexico. They refused to make me a new drink and only said they’ll add sweetener. To be honest I threw out the drink because it was inedible and it made me want to throw up. This felt like a waste of money

Not good.

I ordered a regular brown sugar drink, but the cashier didn’t understand me and had to call someone else. The drink in the big cup looked nice, but it was way too sweet and had too much ice. Also, the tapioca pearls didn’t go up the straw at all, so they just stayed at the bottom. Overall, not a very good experience.

Sadly, have to change the rating. Way less juice used, more iced out smoothie blends. Less flavorful. Still long lines.

We just ordered a large mango banana smoothie and a large orange pineapple juice. Both were excellent, delicious, and certainly freshly squeezed, seed particles, pulp, and all. I wish I'd left a tip but I didn't expect such a great product. We will be back. Thanks for the drinks and great service.

Very disappointing service.I ordered mango colada with less ice but it was extremely cold.I asked to make another one or refund it very politely because I was unable to drink.Employee refused to do it.She said if there is hair then we do refund.I paid 10 dollars to drink it not to return but it happened first time when I didn’t get correct order.Everybody knows how food court works but this place ruined my day just because to make it wrong.I just wanted to make it correct but they didn’t.I suggest you to coach your staff that how to deal with customer.

Very rude staff, terrible experience. We asked them a question and they have a zero knowledge of what they are serving!!! Like seriously, and showing attitude to the customers. Please DO NOT GO THERE its just a wastage of money.
The reply you wrote reflects your personality as well that how egostic you are !! How about you get a life first.
You need to be respectful man! Think before you write something and work on your improvement before you even fix your employees.

We had the sugarcane juice but when they told the total it was 30 dollars for two large glasses. It is overpriced. And they were charging extra for adding mint , ginger and other things but they should be all inclusive .

This is my worst experience with bubble tea slush. Ordered two avocado tea slush with black pearl but did get any taste of avocado. Charge me $20 which is totally wasted.

They should provide quality food instead scam the customers.
