I used to enjoy your pizza but this year something changed and it's not good. The dough is not the same and I don't like it. It used to have a fresh taste to it. I just ordered stuff and it tasted a little stale and looks like someone is trying so hard to make Italian crust which I also don't like. Next, you're seriously skimping on toppings. I was disappointed because I tried to convince my colleagues to like your place but no, and I agree with them. I would wait a little bit and try something different again in the next future before calling it quits. Good luck

This place used to be one of my favorite pizza places in Edmonton. And I would order constantly for parties and get togethers.The quality has gone completely to garbage. Pizza crust is extremely thin and rock hard,almost unedible. You can literally break the pizza in half. I ended up throwing most of it away and apologizing to my friends,what a total embarrasment for me as some of them are italian. They sprinkle some dust on it and call it feta cheese. I gave them a second chance about 3 weeks after as I thought maybe some talentless hack was making the food. But the 2nd time was even worse. I won't be giving them a third.You didn't just lose me as a customer. But your pizza and establishment was literally the topic of conversation among 10-15 people. Imagine that exponential bad word of mouth.This is literally the only bad review I've left on a restaurant in many years.

Tried giving them a second chance, will NOT be making that mistake again. I ordered 2 12’ and opened the boxes to see 10’ of toppings. I dont want 2 inches of crust that is tough and full of air, it was sp crunchy that all the ranch in the world coudnt make it palatable ?

I ordered 2 medium sized pizzas and got thin cardboard. The pizza dough had no thickness at all, and was hard as rock. You know a pizza is terrible if you have to struggle to bite into it. Moreover, the "medium" pizza was more like an extra small. 1 medium wasnt even close to filling 2 people. I don't really know what else to say other than that I Definitely did not get anywhere near my money's worth.

Was very excited to see a freshslice opening up in Edmonton because it's my families favorite pizza spot in BC either their that good or were deprived, from the best, haha. The service was ridiculously slow, should've taken 30 min max, and it took nearly 50 minutes for 3 pizzas. and whenever I confronted the girls they said oh sorry it was only one girl well I'm sorry but at peek times they should make damn sure there's always enough people.
