Corn tortillas were dry at lunch time and tacos took a surprisingly long time to come which was unfortunate because we were on a lunch break and ended up bit late to work. Small place, but cute. Quesadilla was super cheesy and delicious. Won't go back now that Añejo just opened up a few blocks away.

I happened to go on a quieter day, but that worked in my favour as I was able to receive more personal service. This family run restaurant has probably the most authentic Mexican food that Edmonton has to offer, and their serving sizes are almost more than can even fit in the tacos. If you like spice, you may want to ask for something stronger than the normal red and green salsas.Parking: There are not very many designated parking spots, but there is nearby street parking available.

What a great restaurant. We saw Frida's featured on Global News. We decided we had to try it. It was worth the drive.

The food and decor was so delightful! But our server knew nothing of the menu. :/ When we asked the difference between the salas we were served, he said one was red and one green because they used red bell pepper or green bell pepper. He also didn't know which Spanish word meant what kind of meat. And didn't understand our order when we were ordering exactly how the menu was written. Will be back for the food, but will also be prepared to need to figure out the menu ourselves!Vegetarian options: 4 good options for veggie tacos.

The food was absolutely delicious and a very reasonable price! I liked that they had lots of vegan taco options as I'm not a big meat eater. Love the variety!

We had tacos here last month. They were all excellent, and so were the cocktails. Service was fast and on point. Between all of the tacos I tried, surprisingly the mushroom was my favourite.

Went here with a group of friends and we all agreed we wouldn't return... Food was overpriced and mediocre at best. Service was horrible, so we were surprised to see that we were subjected to 20% auto gratuity because they deemed a group of 6 people to be a "large party".We waited over a half hour for drinks, half of the margaritas were warm (ran out of ice?). They were also out of limes and avocados, so we were limited to drinks and food choices. When I sent an email to let them know about our experience and suggest that they consider letting groups of 6 or more know ahead of time that a 20% tip is included, the owner responded by saying that other restaurants now charge 25% which is absolutely absurd and ridiculous to infer.Would recommend you avoid this establishment restaurant as they take advantage of its patrons and will subject "large groups" to a 20% tip on top of substandard service.

Ordered takeout, our order wasn't what I requested. Asked for Quesadillas (shrimp) and Pescara. Received shrimp and fish tacos. Other than that it was tasty and clearly prepared with some focus on flavour.

One of the best Taco Tuesday deals in the city! $25 for an assortment of 5 tacos and you’ll definitely be full when you leave. The decor and atmosphere is so much fun and the service was great! Don’t miss this place if you’re a taco fan.
