Wedding cake had multiple tiers, but kept tipping further and further, had to get the top two tiers removed quick before it fell over. I’ve never seen this happen to a wedding cake before. Bad quality and bad service after. No accountability for making a cake that fell apart. Maybe store should just stick to cupcakes

Beautiful and Delicious!! 🤍 Ordered a wedding cake and cupcakes though fuss for our wedding and everything was amazing! As a Bride with an egg allergy I was very nervous about catering desserts but their vegan option make everything so easy! Unlike many other vegan desserts, their desserts are ACTUALLY DELICIOUS!! I could not have asked for a better experience and will continue to order here for every event!!

Best Chocolate Cake I have ever tasted, I ordered a cake last minute and had no idea what flavours go together but the nice lady I spoke to over the phone was kind enough to recommend a chocolate cake with cream cheese icing. It was moist ,fluffy and they nailed the design

I ordered a cake for a gender reveal party and it was delicious and moist and the perfect amount of sweetness! Everyone at the party enjoyed the cake and it was so beautiful and elegant! The couple I got it for were very happy and impressed! Will for sure be offering from here again!
Was hoping for better flavor. The buttercream tastes like bland butter unfortunately. Very wonderful lady who worked there though!

The customer service is good and the cake taste good however don’t expect much for custom cake designs. They don’t actually know how to draw or pipe something that will look professional and still they tried to sell it to me saying that this is what I wanted and asked for but it clearly looked like a child drew it and it was very disappointing to see such a beautiful cake ruined by the character drawing that they said confidently that they could do.Not only did she say this is what I asked for, but she told me due to the little stars and extra details to the character it was harder for them to create but they never said this to me when ordering and I asked her twice on the phone she can do it? She can recreate this drawing and make it look like that? She said there wouldn’t be the cookie and I said that’s fine just the piping is good but obviously there was a huge miscommunication. Just go with a simple cake if ur looking to order.

The day we went there to order a birthday cake for my son we bought 3 different cupcakes as well to try them out. Ordered cake, came home tried the cupcakes. The worst taste I ever had. I was now worried about the cake so I call them to change the flavour, icing, filling and all. Cake was so dense Instead of airy, fluffy and soft. Their strawberry filling doesn’t even taste like strawberry at all. Very disappointed…
