I ordered a very special cake for my mother's 95th birthday and although I had only bought pre-made cupcakes before, I decided to trust how delicious those always were. I was so delighted with the finished product, with the care and skill put into the planning by the front counter staff to the talent of the bakers and decorators. I simply wouldn't go anywhere else for my future cake needs! Fuss is the best!!

We have gotten both cakes and cupcakes from Fuss now a couple times. I absolutely love that they are a nut free facility being that my daughter is allergic to peanuts, it’s so nice to not have to worry at all.
On top of that, they have the best gluten free cakes that I have ever tasted! Ordering gluten free is usually a risk because you never know if it’s going to be edible or taste like dirt but Fuss has never disappointed and you can’t even tell it’s gluten free based on taste which was a huge win!
They will forever be our go to cake place!

It’s been a while since I went to Fuss Cupcakes store. I was craving a chocolate cupcake so I went there and got one with coconut icing, but I noticed the quality has declined enormously, the cupcake in the past was even bigger, icing much better and tastier in the past. So disappointing for a cupcake that is over 5$. the paper was hard to remove,It was stuck to the cake so you can see that a big amount of the cake was actually on the paper and you had to scrape it which is ridiculous. Never had this experience before. The cake itself was tasteless. In short, never buying again from Fuss. Way overpriced for nothing special. Mediocre to say the least 👎🏻 I enjoyed Better cupcakes from grocery store

The store was empty when I arrived and it was a few minutes before anyone from staff came from the back room to assist me. I was a little short on time and all the employee had to do was take the item off the display and pack it for me. Perhaps this place would benefit from a door chime or something of that nature.
All that being said. The cupcakes here were absolutely fantastic. They have a fun rotation of flavors alongside the classics so there's bound to be something for everyone. I also really like that they had dedicated packaging for even a small order of cupcakes.

We have been ordering these cupcakes every year for my daughters birthday and honestly we look forward to it every year because they gave always been AMAZING. Only once a year because they are pricey when you're ordering a large amount. But this year we were quite disappointed.It seems they have changed their recipe because normally the icing is so buttery,rich and delicious and the cake it moist. The icing this year tasted oily and sugary, and the cake was drier and less flavourful, definitely not the same. It's really too bad because Fuss was out go to for our much awaited treat every year, but we will be exploring other options for next year.

Perfect cupcakes every time! I’ve tried a few specialty cupcake stores and this is the only one worth my time and money. I have to credit this store for its freshness, creativity, and variety. They have at least 15 different cupcake flavours ready no matter when you go and they’re all moist, fluffy, and delicious. They also make a fantastic last minute gift for any occasion!

Pre-ordered gluten free and a dozen regular cupcakes for a birthday party. I haven't purchased their cupcakes in years and we were all very happy to see that the recipes, and level of quality of their cupcakes is still like it was when Fuss was in their early days with just the West end location. The gluten free cupcakes - we chose chocolate with mocha icing, were amazing, tasty and moist. Ordering over the phone was a breeze, our order was ready to go at the time we requested it. Service was friendly. I'm not much for sweets, but if I crave a cupcake, they are always Fuss cupcakes. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is that my favorite flavor is only available on a specific week. They rotate their flavors, so if there is a specialty flavor that you love, you have to time it right. Their regular flavors are fantastic. Bliss, Red Velvet and Cloud 9 are our favorites. I also love their carrot cake cupcake. Not sure if it is a regular item or a rotation one. They have also added flavors that were not on their original menu. It's really nice to see that even with the changes in ownership, the product quality remains consistent. Excellent job, Fuss on Rabbithill!
