We’ve always loved the vegan cupcakes from Fuss Cupcakes, which is why we ordered a vegan birthday cake for our son (for March 5). Unfortunately, the cake was extremely dry and crumbled apart when we tried to cut it, making it difficult—and honestly a bit embarrassing—to serve to our guests. Given the price and that it was for a special birthday celebration, this was really disappointing. Overly priced for a cake that even the kids turned away from! We chose Fuss Cupcakes because of our past positive experiences, so this was quite surprising. I would appreciate the chance to speak with someone about a refund or another resolution, as I have not been able to get in touch with anyone from the store. Will provide photos of the cake if helpful.
Dry, bland, and underwhelming. Definitely not worth the price. A grocery store has better cupcakes.

I originally found fuss because my daughter has a nut allergy.. but now use them for so many of my clients.. the cakes (well, everything they do) are 100% nut free, delicious and they have SO many great options. They are so easy to work with, kind, super talented and efficient. I love having a bakery to blindly trust - they never disappoint!

Had the carrot cake cupcake and several other cupcakes flavors in the past. Maybe it's the butter cream icing/cheese icing or the cupcakes base, but it's all pretty standard to me.
