Late on Friday, I had a rather large, short notice request for 600 cupcakes needed for an upcoming Mother's Day Celebration and they were able to accommodate 100%. The cupcakes were of high quality and were ready for pick up at the requested time.Thank you very much & I will absolutely be back!

My kids and I came in for my daughter birthday and bought 12 cupcakes. To start they looked nothing like website advertised. But daughter was excited so we got them anyways. The icing was very oily, gritty and you couldn't taste anything past the oil. When I called the store to see if could fix the problem was offered 10% off my next visit. Complete disappointment. My daughter was upset that we didn't go get a cake from sobeys like normal. And it would have cost less. DONT NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I went to fuss cupcakes for the first time with my 11 year old daughter and she was excited, I found the customer service is a bit rude with no greeting or even a friendly face just angry judgmental looks, and there isn't really any help with suggestions. I would normally walk out of a business like that but I didn’t want to spoil my daughters view as she didn’t notice and still seemed very excited. It was still good, I would recommend to try it out if you don’t mind, but ask for some space if they are hovering without helping.

There is great selection of cupcake flavours here. The cupcakes look appetizing. They're $5 a cupcake which is a bit pricey.The service is attentive and prompt. It hasn't been busy when I've come to visit the bakery. The last time I came by they were offering complimentary cupcakes for nurses. It's usually not busy when I've come by here.The bakery is decorated in a simple but pleasant way. Not too many frills. The cupcakes are displayed in a clear case and the flavours are clearly labelled.I tried the Coconut Lime cupcake. It was very moist and kind of sticky. I wasn't a complete fan of the texture to be honest. I like my cupcakes less sticky. The flavour was decent. The icing was a buttercream one. Overall, the cupcake flavour was good but nothing out of the ordinary. It was a pretty average cupcake. I decided to visit the bakery because I had eaten lunch next door and was looking for dessert. I probably wouldn't come by for a cupcake unless I was literally next door.

Don’t waste your money here. Cupcakes are extremely greasy and the cream cheese frosting is all butter with a hint of cream cheese. Rather go to Sobeys and get cupcakes from their bakery.

I've gone to this fuss cupcakes before and they've always been really great. Recently, there was a mix-up with the pick up location for a custom cupcake order and the manager was amazing. They were apologetic and the manager drove the cupcakes from the south side all the way to the north side location so I could pick it up. They even gave me two free cupcakes to apologize. The customer service has always been great here. Cupcake flavors are abundant and we like the taste of the cakes.

Delicous custom cake!Ordered a 7" as this is the smallest size where you can choose the inside icing flavour. Marble cake, strawberry buttercream icing. Asked for the Rosey Posey design in pink and without leaves, they were happy to accommodate.The icing was very tasty and not too sweet, my favourite part of the cake. The cake was also good and not too dry. Fed 5 people nicely & had leftovers. Cake price was $53 for the 7". Would recommend & will buy again, next time we are going for lemon cake with raspberry icing, yum!Didn't get a photo before the cake was dug into, but you get the idea.I paid in advance over the phone and chose a pickup time, cake was ready for me when I arrived & was super quick to grab.

I was in Edmonton passed weekend, wanted to have some cupcakes to satisfy my sugar bugs?I didn’t know that they have 3 locations. I went to the one nearest to me where I was staying!’n I was pleasantly surprised with the variety and the sizes of their cupcakes The girl who took my order was very helpful and asked if I have any food restrictions.The cupcakes were really tasty. I did share it with my family too.Clean place and yummy cupcakes next time I might try their cake ?

Best in the city. We drive all the way from Sherwood Park because nothing compares! With a severe peanut allergy in the family, it is hard to find something like this that is nut free. Will be a lifetime customer!

Awful service! Did not complete the cake I ordered online and provided a week and half notice. Called twice to ask about it nobody knew anything and said they would call me back. I have received no call back and had to find someone else last minute to make a cake for me. Completely unreliable!
