Cold cut Banh Mi was ok (4/5). Bread and veg were good but the meat combination in my sub was so-so. Peppers (on the side) were hot and delicious.
Curry puff (5/5) and pork puff (5/5) were yummy. Filling was generous and tasty. Yes, they are not “cheap” like the old school bakery in Chinatown, but it is about quality not quantity in my opinion.
Coffee swiss cake roll (3.5/5). Ratio of cream to cake was good but I felt like it needed more coffee flavour. Price paid was much higher ($4-$7 more) relative to other (well-known) bakeries for a similar product so I had high expectations. Unfortunately a no for me.
I would definitely return to try their soups and more of their baked goods.

I ordered a lion dance head cake for my elderly dad’s birthday. The cake was gorgeous and absolutely delicious. The sweetness was perfectly balanced, the cream was fresh and flavorful, and the sponge cake was soft and fluffy. I’ll definitely be placing another order and recommending this bakery shop to others!

I’ve been eating Garden Bakery cake for probably 10+ years now and have always loved their cream as it’s not too sweet but also just the right amount of creamy. For my family member’s birthday I decided to request a custom made raspberry cake with a more vintage design and THE Baker did not disappoint. Absolutely gorgeous and tasty too! Amazing service, skills, absolutely beautiful artistry, and amazing cake. I could not stop looking at it! One of my family members who is into Chinese calligraphy also pointed out how beautiful and skilled their writing is!!

A few tables inside but not enough space for big groups. They sell food items, bubble tea, cakes and bakery goods.
Lots of choices for roll cakes and we got the pandan but we thought it had too much cream. Other than that it the egg tart was super yummy!

Wonderful, quaint. Has comfortable seats and calm atmosphere without being stuffy. Music wasn't too loud. Ordered a swiss roll and iced coffee and it was just divine. Everything baked in house too! I love these wonderful bakeries/coffee shops where you can actually sit and have a chat with a friend without yelling over the sounds of loud music and coffee grinders.
I got this cake done for my moms birthday,as a suprise. She doesn't like cake thats super sweet, so I figured this would be a good choice, and might I just say wow. This is the most beautiful cake I have ever seen, and it tastes like heaven! I 100% will be going back, I may even just buy another cake just because. PS, mom if you see this, no you didn't ❤

I can’t say enough great things about this bakery! I needed a last-minute birthday cake for my husband, and they absolutely delivered. Not only did they accommodate my request on such short notice, but the cake was stunning and tasted amazing! The flavors were spot-on, and the decorations were perfect for the occasion. My husband was thrilled, and so were our guests. I’m so grateful for their excellent service and delicious cakes. Highly recommend this bakery for any special event!

We were craving for some cake so we stopped by for the first time and got a piece of strawberry butter cream cake and coconut pandan cake and a pineapple roll cake slice. It was perfectly sweet and delicious! The place is adorable with all the cute details and decor. While we were enjoying the cakes and the atmosphere here the staff let us try their bbq bun which was SO good!! She was very welcoming and friendly. We were there around 5 pm on Saturday (September 7) so please give her a lot of compliments :) she is working hard and very nice!!! We will definitely come back soon.
