very bad customer service, ordered food for pickup they gave time for 25 mins i went after 35 mins still wasnt ready even after 20 mins wait on top of all that. The customer service person didnt even talk to us properly they were so rude( made a very rude comment when i asked for the approximate time it would take) and ignorant and after all that wait when we tasted food it was so bad the lacchha pranthas were half cooked and so was rhe daal makhani. I wont recommend anyone wasting the money here.

The food quality was decent, but the service was extremely slow. They brought the sabji first, and by the time the roti arrived 4-5 minutes later, the sabji had already cooled down. This made the dining experience frustrating. Timely service is just as important as good food, and I hope the restaurant improves
