This restaurant was the worst place I’ve ever been to in my life! The food was absolutely terrible; cold, stale, and tasteless. It felt like it had been prepared days ago and just reheated in a microwave before being served. The waiters were extremely indifferent and rude, as if they had no idea what customer service even means. They messed up our order, took 40 minutes to fix it, and when they finally brought it back, it was still wrong and cold! The cleanliness of the place was a complete disaster; the tables were sticky, the plates were dirty, and the restrooms were downright disgusting. I never expected to have such a horrible experience. If you don’t want to waste your money and time, stay far away from this place!”
I have never seen a place this bad in terms of cleaning. They do not care about cleaning at all and especially the fact that they work with old cabinets and hairy hands without gloves is really disgusting.

First, they don't have respect for delivery drivers. Specifically, the washroom is not allowed to use for delivery drivers. When you ask to use they saying its out of service.what is the requirement?

Sunday Nov 3, afternoon ordered fried chicken wings with garlic/honey dipping sauce, chocolate milk shake. Been housebound since with a nasty case of the trots. Here it is Tuesday and still no relief in sight. I won't be doing business with them going forward.

I had dinner at this location with my family. Although we enjoyed every item at this restaurant, but the cupcakes are the most delectable. Both my kids and I really enjoyed it, and we would love to return to try out the other meals in the menu. Because of the excellent vibe there, I had a really great experience.

I ordered chicken wings from this restaurant and I would say that the food is incredibly delicious and fresh, and I would suggest it to everyone.
Visit to this location this evening for something to buy. I was standing next to the guy who did pick up order after these guy left I say Hi to the East Indian man who worked behind the counter and he just looked at me bad and didn’t say anything not even ask if I needed to buy something. So, i left and went to different places. Never back again to this location!??
Garbage, plain and simple, lock your doors and rethink everything that made you think that your capable of making burritos!

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this restaurant. The front staff was extremely rude and lacked basic customer service skills, making me feel both bad and annoyed. The dismissive attitude of the staff, as if they owned the place and didn't care about the customers, was very off-putting. Additionally, the food quality was poor, with dishes arriving undercooked, which further added to my dissatisfaction. The overall lack of professionalism and questionable hygiene standards made the entire visit unpleasant. I left feeling genuinely upset. I strongly suggest they hire professional staff who understand how to communicate respectfully with customers. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a positive dining experience.?

Not only did I get someone else's order lol the order that someone else was supposed to get was trash. I hate to bash a restaurant, but this place is disgusting. Lowest quality ingredients are used and it really shows/tastes. Funny thing is I tried to tell them to give me my order and they refused so I had to eat this random person's food and it is still something I wouldn't feed my dog. My advice is don't eat here save your money

Ordered cupcakes through their Monster Cupcakes by Ghost Kitchens and was served a subpar cupcakes - I asked for buttercream and was served cupcakes with canned whipped cream topping, and the cupcakes crumbled. Would not recommend at all.
