I ordered a bacon cheese burger with fries and a side gravy, with a Coke on skip the dishes. When my order got here there were no fries, the WHOLE PATTY is missing from my burger along with the cheese.. it’s literally ketchup, mayo, onion, lettuce and bacon n bits and the gravy was cold and lumpy. The ONLY correct thing with my order was the bottle of coke.

This restaurant was the worst place I’ve ever been to in my life! The food was absolutely terrible; cold, stale, and tasteless. It felt like it had been prepared days ago and just reheated in a microwave before being served. The waiters were extremely indifferent and rude, as if they had no idea what customer service even means. They messed up our order, took 40 minutes to fix it, and when they finally brought it back, it was still wrong and cold! The cleanliness of the place was a complete disaster; the tables were sticky, the plates were dirty, and the restrooms were downright disgusting. I never expected to have such a horrible experience. If you don’t want to waste your money and time, stay far away from this place!”
I have never seen a place this bad in terms of cleaning. They do not care about cleaning at all and especially the fact that they work with old cabinets and hairy hands without gloves is really disgusting.

First, they don't have respect for delivery drivers. Specifically, the washroom is not allowed to use for delivery drivers. When you ask to use they saying its out of service.what is the requirement?

Sunday Nov 3, afternoon ordered fried chicken wings with garlic/honey dipping sauce, chocolate milk shake. Been housebound since with a nasty case of the trots. Here it is Tuesday and still no relief in sight. I won't be doing business with them going forward.

I had dinner at this location with my family. Although we enjoyed every item at this restaurant, but the cupcakes are the most delectable. Both my kids and I really enjoyed it, and we would love to return to try out the other meals in the menu. Because of the excellent vibe there, I had a really great experience.
