Great place for late night bubble tea date (or get the brown sugar pearl milk if you’re caffeine sensitive like me). They got couch!! Very spacious too? their pearls are tasteless tho, texture is ok. Great service!

2nd time getting it this week. The second time unintentionally through ubereats. Both times I asked for regular sugar, and both times, it tasted bland! when I ordered the same thing from their north side location, I got a GOOD milk tea. This location SUCKS

We already been here for several time. First visit was really great, next 3 visits was terrible. Taste is really inconsistent and lack of sugar, and too many ice even if we keep reminding them that we dont like more ice. Too much Bad experience already with this location

Great service, accidentally ordered the wrong thing and they let us change it.
I bought different flavourful bubble tea at several times with Uber Eats and in persons. Every time I got worse testing and and pearls feels odor. I will never buy from here and never will recommend to my friends and families. Last time I bought 7 mango bubble tea by 45 dollars, unfortunately no mango flavor at all and did put the milk and pearls only. We threw out to the garbage. Very much disgusting and disappointing. Thanks.

September 7 @ about 8:03pm We ordered 2 large brown sugar milk tea. We tried one of the milk tea and it tasted like water with a bit of flavor. We did not like the taste and we went back to return both milk tea. He told us that he can add more sugar on it and we said yes on the opened milk tea. I ask if we can refund the other milk tea because it wasnt open. Then he said yes but I saw him open the milk tea and add the sugar. I think he did not understand me. I ask again if he can just refund the other one but he said that he can not do that because there a CCTV camera. In my mind(every store is doing refund if we did not touch the food or drinks but in this location its different, my first time experience in my entire life). I did not have any option and just took it and did not even drink it, waste of money. I am so disappointed. There was just a little bobba in it. I expected much because i have been ordering gong cha and its not like that. I am not coming back and don't recommend this location.

I actually went to CRAVE WAVE near shopper drugmart, opposite to Gong cha. But it was closed. So i thought of trying Gongcha. My days worst experience! Tried the brown sugar boba with fresh milk and the cup was full of ice! Did i pay for ice bro? What makes you so stingy? Its just fresh milk which cost only 5!!! You are taking 7-8$ for just a cup of ice? Get your business together. So done with hypocrite seller. Better try CRAVE WAVE and i will stick to it next time. They have amazing brown sugar boba with fresh milk and cream cheese foam on top! Bigger cups, cheaper, less ice. Also friendly seller amd environment. Try it and thanks me later. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE FOR ICE!
