Visited today for the first time. Very uninviting lady who works there, she did not talk to me at all aside from necessary pleasantry’s even tho I tried. She did make a ok drink, but I couldn’t get past that and the floor not being clean.

Red beans 🫘 in milk tea is not okay. My husband suffered after his milk tea lastnight. My waffle was also not given to me when I left so I had to walk back to store after realizing that from my partner asking about the waffle as well while he waited in vehicle with our newborn. Overall our trip to the store wasn’t worth it

Absolutely awful and I won’t ever be ordering from them again ESPECIALLY ON UBER, I ordered two drinks with milk foam and both of them arrived without it! I paid extra for both of them to have it and when I tried contacting Uber they refused to refund the extra that I paid for the milk foam! I wasn’t even asking for the entire order to be refunded I was only asking for a refund for the extra that I paid to get the extra toppings! I will be disputing this charge with my bank now and I will no longer be using UberEats since they just scam people out of their money! Used to be a loyal customer here but I am absolutely appalled by how this was handled, I will be including screenshots and I highly encourage others to not order Gong cha on Uber, maybe don’t even order from Uber at all!

Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Gongcha. I ordered the strawberry milk tea with pearls, and when I first got it, there were small white powdery pieces floating in it. I asked the staff about it, and they admitted it didn’t look right, so they remade it. After handing me the new one, the guy immediately took it back again because he “forgot to add sugar.” When I finally got the drink, it still had floating particulates and tasted bland and unbalanced. My girlfriend ordered the brown sugar milk tea with regular sugar, and even that somehow lacked sweetness. We also tried the bubble waffle—dense, plain, and totally flavorless. Overall, it was a frustrating and unsatisfying experience. Won’t be coming back.

Save your money and go else where, this is legitimately the worst bubble tea I’ve ever had. I ordered a milk tea with 70% sugar and a chocolate smoothie and they were both completely tasteless. Bubble waffle was also disappointing, not light and crispy like other locations, but tasted okay.

the lady that served us the bubble tea was terrible - we wanted ice and the drink was warm - it was the worst bubble tea I have ever had - they need to have someone that works that knows what they are doing and able to understand what we asked for - there were no black pearls which we wanted - also we never said half ice Please have someone there that knows how to make a proper milk bubble tea - Gong cha usually my fav - disappointed

I was a first-time customer and was eager to try your offerings. I decided to go with the top-selling drink, the Brown Sugar Oat Latte, as recommended by the barista.
While I was waiting for my drink, the phone rang. I understand that phone calls are a part of business, however, I observed that another employee was available and could have easily answered the phone, allowing the barista to focus on preparing my order.
I believe that providing consistent and attentive customer service is crucial for a positive experience.
I went there to buy a brown sugar milk tea and this place didn’t do it right as other places. The brown sugar milk tea was just like milk tea with old black pearl. And there was only one guy there, he told me the place doesn’t do egg waffles anymore, and it’s still on the menu (both online and at store) also I saw the waffle maker on the table, with tongs and resting racks. Very disappointed with everything, the money spent on my drinks, the untruthful of employees. Worst place ever, please don’t ever go here!
