Best spot to grab something to drink at wem. Everytime I order the matcha milk tea here is amazing and the staff is very friendly. The girl with a pretty red hair is very friendly, nice, and she smiles alot. You guys ever go to wem, this is the spot when ever youre thirsty

I had the best experience when I went there the first time. The girl with the red hair was the one who helped me buy what drink to get since it was my first time. She was very accommodating and friendly. I recommend going to this location since their staffs are very friendly.

I love the brown sugar milktea here and today i tried the Taro Milktea and it taste horrible and super diluted. I ordered two large taro milktea today with 100% sugar. The cashier also punch me the med size and i told them that i ordered large one. I also notice the lady that making my milktea mad face :( They gave me the large cups for both but it taste just like water 😪 I always go to Gong Cha but this is my first time orderefTaro flavour since i also liked the Coco’s taro and its good. I am expecting that Gong Cha will also be a good one :( I just tasted my milktea and waste it. The other one i gave it to my cousin and she also agree that it is not good

When we received something different from what we order, and we confirmed with you what we wanted when we were ordering because everyone made the same order, and no one got what they ordered. I don't think that's our fault. And you answer, We can't do anything about it? I just wasted my tip to someone that truly doesn't deserve. Just to let you know, customers' loyalty to a product changes because of bad service.
This is my favourite bubble tea place in Edmonton in terms of price and value. They are constantly updating their seasonal drinks.

I have ordered an original waffle and two bubble teas (at 2:53pm on Sep 02, 2024) and I found that the price on the menu plate (5.99) and the reciept (6.29) was different. When I asked the staff why the price is difference, one of the staff with a black shirt told me that they already know the price difference between the till system and the menu and reported to their manager. It might be tax or something but they have no clue to find out why they are different, and their manager didn't fix anything yet. I told that the GST was charged separately but she kept saying the same answer. She also said that many customers keep claiming it but they cannot do anything. All she told me after that was "That was not my fault. Do you want refund?" I believe that she could give the better response to the customers who have the questions about their product and price, oh not about theses, for their (some of them) errors or faults.
I also found that the price for one of my bubble teas was also different from what I ordered. I have ordered Taro Milk Tea with a coconut Jelly but the pearl was also included accidently and I was charged 0.6 more. One of the staff with a red shirt said sorry about it but the price was not fixed.
When using this particular store, be aware of the possible price difference and accidental add-on.

One of many bubble tea spots inside WEM. Located on the 2nd floor just by the skating rink (beside Tim Hortons). They offer a great selections of bubble teas. I specifically got the Milk Green Tea with tapioca and my wife got the Matcha Mango Pearl Tea. They are both our go to whenever we get GongCha. It’s got the right amount of tea in it, not too strong and not too bland either.

They use the worst kind of cups. It breaks to the slight touch. I have never seen these kinds of flimsy cups. Spilled drink ruined my daughter's clothes, and no apologies were offered. It happened to us twice. I have never seen the worst customer service. Buyer be aware. We used to love this place. So saddened by the experience. I'm never going back for sure.
