First time dining at this restaurant today. Restaurant was bustling, service was good, food was tasty and portions were huge. Will definitely be back. Thanks to your team for an enjoyable meal.
Tried to order take out order for pick up order today worth of $90 + food today. The person who I spoke with today refused to honor the 1 free chicken fried rice when you order $65 worth or more, stated “it’s Mother’s Day today, we don’t do that, we’re not giving away free fried rice today!..Seriously?! FYI, there’s no blackout days on your coupon. And for all the days you refused it has to be Mother’s Day?!!!!
The service and quality of the food has severely dropped in the last couple of years. This used to be my favourite place to go now i will not waste my time or money again. Was ignored by both servers and the manager due to my ethnicity- at least that is the way it seemed as they took my order, dropped off my 3 plates at service rate times and then I had to do a grand gesture to get someone back over to pack up leftovers and get the bill, which by the way is not in English.
