The new management has turned my partner and I into regulars. We used to avoid this place because it felt cold and unwelcoming. The new manager welcomes us and our dog with a warm friendly smile and pleasant conversation. Our dog gets treated with a pup cup and loving pets which is the cherry on top!

We are happy that our building now has a coffee shop in it that we enjoy returning to (and can easily access even when it’s -40).

My girlfriend ordered a flat white coffee and two other items for her friend from this place through uber at 6pm. She is now having obvious signs of food poisoning. May need to go to the hospital. We will be contacting the authorities because someone working at this place does not care or is ignorant of safe food handling practices. DANGEROUS! Order from here AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I work in area. When first opened this was a great spot. Gone downhill since. Last few visits they are sold out of many items. Saw batista drink out of metal cold drink mixer after pouring my drink and before making next one. Visit today at 1 pm. Sold out of croissants and muffins. Coffee I ordered was cold. Cream in cream dispenser was curdled. Milk dispenser empty. Dirty dishes and no TP in bathroom. Will find a new place to go

This is a really nice place for coffee. Situated on 124 Street right on the edge of downtown, it contains a bright, clean atmosphere, and the staff treated me very well. Great tasting scone and coffee too!

Monday afternoon wan not at all busy, we got street parking easily. I liked butterfly lemonade drink. It was new for me and interesting drink.

I am extremely disappointed with Good Earth. Despite multiple attempts to address my concerns, their service and attention to detail have only worsened. My coffee spills almost every time because they don’t fit it properly in the tray. This has happened multiple times with DoorDash deliveries, and it seems they don’t care to fix it.

Moreover, their bread is never toasted properly, and they consistently ignore my instructions. This lack of care and quality control is unacceptable. I’ve finally decided to move away from them as they refuse to improve their service. Save yourself the frustration and order from somewhere else.

This is a nice, convenient spot we like to stop with our Mom when out for a walk.
Note to the shop tho - your staff today had no idea how to make your French Press coffee! And so we couldn't have it - disappointing as it's the best value on your menu, and a nice experience. Please train your folks!!!
The pistachio blonde was alright - expensive at $5.25. Banana bread is a good choice.

EDIT FOR OWNER: This happened today, May 1 at around 12:45 PM.

I come in to work at this location 1-3 times a week and enjoy the atmosphere and products, but often receive pretty mediocre service.

Today, I waited at the front counter for 10 minutes for someone to take my order, and a barista only came out from the back when another customer went back there to let her know I had been waiting a while. When he peeped back there, she was just sitting in the back on her phone. She muttered sorry at me and took my order and that was about it.

I still love Good Earth, but better customer service at this location would go a long way!

Food and coffee is always great here. Love the location! Was not happy about the service though... Barista working that day was rude, impatient and didn't really seem to listen to order requests and just charged us extra for items we didn't order. She also kept giving us paper bags to hold our food when we wanted to dine in. Overall not happy with service.

I like most things about this place BUT THE COFFEE IS NEVER HOT ENOUGH. I mention it often. Maybe no-one cares.
