I normally love Guru. I have dined here many times but the service we received was absolutely awful. So disappointing. Sat for 20 minutes after being seated and had no service. Had to then get up from our table and catch one of the staff to ask for the manager. Service continued to be poor even after the manager came. Very empty restaurant and lots of staff but I guess they just didn't want to serve us. Do better Guru if you want people to come to the restaurant to eat.

We had a late lunch/early dinner. The food and service were outstanding. Portions are substantial. Cauliflower 65 started our meal and is a must try - delicious! Erica was lovely - attentive and professional. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Wonderful!! Please don't forget the experience of pouring Chai from high pot - this just adds to the charm. This wasn't done this visit. Also, sauces for samosas should be brought to the table as a given. I think it is Tamarind sauce?? Kinda sweet. This had to be asked for. Our server was very good. Food excellent as usual. Lovely meal.

We have always loved Guru but hadn't been for some time so we decided to go for a 3some birthday dinner. Everything went fine until we got our food. We had ordered garlic naan and there was some confusion about us having ordered a basket with a 3 different kinds which we didn't—it would have been way too much. The waiter said there was a piece of garlic naan in it but there wasn't any! We all had a small piece had one small piece of plain and left the rest—a real waste. This may sound picky but the other 3 dishes we ordered only had a slight variation between them, and the coconut rice we ordered had no coconut in it. All this cost us over $160.00!! (with 2 glasses of wine included.)

Great, authentic food. Dreadful service. Barely acknowledged my wife when she was ordering, ignored her drinks orders, almost like women don't exist. Poor show. Don't plan anything after your reservation - you'll miss I whatever it is!
