Excellent food and great consumer service. We found veg dry Manchurian little bit uncooked, and upon reporting this, they immediately replaced us this dish.

Had a lovely time meeting up with a friend. The restaurant was fairly quiet when we arrived and had our pick of table. We enjoyed the Chenin Blanc from South Africa to accompany the chicken samosas, coconut rice, mango chicken, naan and fish moilee. Everything was delicious and tasty

Guru is my all-time favorite place for special occasions. The food is best and authentic. I love the garlic chutney. My each visit is more special than the previous one at Guru.

This was my second time here, this time we had only the vegetarian options. The naan here is one of the best that I have tried. The service was very fast as well. Will definitely go here again. Only downside is their menu isn’t that big so limited to the main options at an Indian restaurant.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options here. Mostly paneer dishesParking: Free parking lotWheelchair accessibility: No stairs so easy access

A good place for Indian cuisine, but not great. Portions were very generous. For both the chicken and beef entrees, the meat was overcooked and not tender. The vegetable dish was above average. The service was very friendly and attentive. The environment was too formal. We prefer a more relaxed atmosphere.

Very nice place, food was delicious, place wasn't very busy at lunch time surprisingly. Great spot for Indian food on the west end. We ordered Nana and roti without butter or oil for the first time, will be doing that from now on. Not as heavy and just as delicious. There chai masala is delicious! Must order.

Always a delight, the shining star of indian dining. Elegant; delicious and with excellent service. Kudos as always to this wonderful establishment. Consistency is key in this industry and you never disappoint.Dietary restrictions: Gf naan was ok -- not a super fan of bean flour but as an option being available i was grateful

We usually love GURU.We made reservations for Valentines Day for a special set menu. When we arrived the restaurant was not busy at all. We were seated in the back section-and were the only table in our area. It took about 10 minutes for the server to come to our table. We ordered our dinner as well as another dish and a few drinks. The host brought out our dishes. Our server did not order our extra dish, so the host ordered it for us. The food was good, a bit sparse, and on the cool side, but still yummy. The waitress did not check on how our food was. She did not clear our many dirty plates, and brought our dessert to us, putting it in the middle of all of the dirty dishes. We were only seated at a table for two, so there was very little room for the abundance of dishes. After about 15 minutes of our server and the host, going back and forth by our table not taking our dirty dishes, we finally asked who we think was the manager, to clear our dirty dishes so that we could enjoy our dessert. A few minutes later he returned and took most, with another server coming to take the last dirty dish. Four tables in our section had dirty dishes on them, with two other tables being served dessert with a table full of dirty dishes. Our bill was incorrectly priced also. The service at Guru used to be amazing-with food to match, no matter how busy it was-and has always been one of our most favourite restaurants. We were more than disappointed with the service tonight, on Valentine’s Day. We will not be returning based on our experience tonight. There are many amazing Indian cuisine restaurants with both phenomenal service and food close to home. We will happily take our business there.

Good food. Good value. Nice environment. However, there were 3 couples at the table and a 20% service church was added to the final bill. This should be an option or at the very least something less than 20%. If more is decided by the table, that should be a choice.

This is the worst service I've ever experienced! I typically don't leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my disappointment. We spent $200, and the service was appalling. It was my sister's birthday, and our evening was completely ruined by the staff. This was my first time trying this restaurant, and the server was incredibly rude, even making unpleasant faces. It felt like we were being racially profiled. Thank you for ruining our evening and my sister's birthday!
