I had an amazing experience at Guuto Mother’s Cafeteria. The food is absolutely delicious and feels just like home-cooked meals. I highly recommend the Canjeelo with Oodkac — the soft, fluffy pancakes paired with the flavorful, spiced dried meat are an unforgettable combo.
The service was friendly, and the environment is clean and welcoming. If you’re craving authentic Somali cuisine, this place is a gem. I’ll definitely be coming back!

They have excellent food taste and excellent services. Especially fresh meals are provided at this place. I liked how they come and give you food in such rich traditional look. It really gives a Somalian cuisine vibes. Highly recommended and pretty high standardized restaurant.

I once enjoyed coming here. They had fresh food that was reasonably healthy and rather delicious. Recently I have stopped going because they are often out of common menu items. When they do have a certain item I enjoy which requires reheating it is served to me cold. Though they are close to campus and one of the more reasonably priced restaurants in the area I can not understand why a restaurant would not have a popular menu item available so frequently. Today, I went at lunch to order this item, only to be disappointed that my suspicions it would not be available was 100% accurate. This was the first time in a month I had given them another opportunity. I was once a every regular customer (almost daily). I now have decided to never return again. I do t have ti.e to waste like this in my busy schedule. The reception I have be given the last two visits has not been as warm, friend, or customer appreciative as it once was. I left today feeling like I was not welcome there. Thus, I won't return.
As an entrepreneur I know it takes years to cultivate customers that are dedicated to your brand and business; but, it only takes one incident to destroy it all. I have given this restaurant so many opportunities, and I have only felt further disappointed every time I have given another chance to impress me again. I won't make the mistake another time!
