Worst experience ever. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic manners. When an issue came up, instead of helping, they blamed us for it. There was no effort to listen or resolve the situation. It was frustrating and disrespectful from start to finish. I will never come back and do not recommend this place to anyone who expects fair or decent service.

Went here to play pool, but the experience was very disappointing. The owner was extremely rude and accusatory when the pool balls got stuck in the table. The place also smelled disgusting. Definitely not coming back.

It all depends on the person visiting. Not a place for everyone but a irreplaceable icon for most. Every age group represented and great ratio.
Annie is one of the best bartenders I've ever met, she's fast and can make ANY drink just as long as she's got the ingredients, which she probably does.
Pool tables have just been updated in the past month, new felt and balls, level, quality cues, and the most tables of anywhere on Whyte with weekly tournaments and league nights.
New security for over a YEAR now. Although, security is only there Fridays and Saturdays nights regularly, though still around occasionally during the week. Still in a sketchy area, but security does make sure everyone is safe both inside and outside the bar, but just like any where else, just be careful and don't be an asshole.
The homemade Chinese cuisine is fantastic. Good amount of food at a decent price and is always quick.
I guess if you come here, you gotta be an open minded, non judgemental person because the clientele is all over the place but have met some pretty awesome peeps of every caliber here.
Karaoke is also run normally on Friday and Saturday nights (starting at 10pm), but it's an easy system for anyone to use, just ask Annie and she'll most likely turn it on for you on any day and anyone can run it.

The stupid woman accused my buddy of something he didn't do and then they took away his winnings and gave it to that idiot. If she can't afford to gamble, maybe she shouldn't be there.
