I’ve been coming to this restaurant for a while because the food is genuinely good, but the customer service, especially from the manager - has been consistently poor.
On my recent visit, I accidentally ordered the wrong dish. When it arrived, I immediately realized it wasn’t what I meant to order. I hadn’t touched it and politely asked if it could be switched. I also acknowledged to the manager that the allergen was stated in the menu description, so I wasn’t trying to blame the restaurant for that — it was my mistake.
Despite that, the manager spoke to me in a very dry, dismissive, and rude manner, and refused to take the dish back or offer any understanding. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced rude or unprofessional behavior from her, but it was the worst.
I’ve continued coming back in the past because the food is good, but the repeated lack of basic courtesy and the unwelcoming treatment from management has made this my last visit. Good food doesn’t make up for consistently poor service.

After this their experience here, I can safely say we will never be going back. The food was lacklustre and their orders were mixed up.
My parents and relatives came together for a monthly outing to catch up. After dinning here, a staff member followed my parents into the parking lot accusing them of not paying for their food. After lots of bickering, the server that took their payment came out to clarify that they did in-fact pay but they didn’t apologize for the inconvenience.

I went to this pho restaurant with my boyfriend, and the experience was honestly unacceptable. He ordered a large steak pho, but they brought out a regular size instead. I’ve been coming here often, so I know exactly what the large looks like — this was not it. When I pointed it out politely, the server didn’t even try to fix the mistake. Instead, she went to the kitchen, came back showing me bowl sizes like she was trying to prove a point. That’s not what I asked for — I just wanted what we paid for.
The bowl had barely any noodles and only about 5-6 small pieces of steak. Instead of offering to correct the order or even apologize, she just took the bowl away and ignored our table completely afterward. We felt uncomfortable the entire time, especially since the staff kept staring at us instead of providing any kind of customer service. I was waiting to ask for our food to go, but no one came back.
To make matters worse, when my boyfriend left a review explaining what happened, their response was not an apology — they just mocked him by correcting a small spelling mistake. That’s beyond rude — it’s childish, unprofessional, and shows exactly how little they care about their customers.
If management thinks that kind of attitude is acceptable, they shouldn’t be running a restaurant. Customers come to eat and feel welcomed, not to be disrespected and made to feel stupid. The staff here clearly have zero training in customer service and even less respect for the people who keep their business running.
This place has completely lost our trust. Terrible service, terrible attitude, and completely unprofessional staff. We will never be returning, There are plenty of other pho places in the city that actually care about their customers.

I ordered large pho thai there was very little noodles and 5,6 pieces of tiny meats in the soup and its $18-$19 i told the waitress and she said well thats normal and that was not normal at all. Its over priced and rude waitress. (Instead of saying something nice correcting me is crazyyyy)

Come for the crispy lemon tofu, its amazing, you won't be disappointed.
honestly food is amazing but who the heck charged $2 for 4 little pieces of lemon. which they never charged me for before. and service sucks sooo bad they’re really cold not friendly at all. don’t even come check on you takes forever to take your order. had to call her down. service is so bad that i truly don’t care to come here anymore.

My wife had been here once before and was excited to take me. I was super impressed. The quality of the food is incredible. The veggies are fresh and crisp, the portions are huge, and the coconut rice was a perfect side. Everyone needs to try this place at least once. If Vietnamese is not for you, all good, but I'll bet you'll change your mind after trying this place! Best I've had in town!
