Terrible customer service. Park you as soon as you pay and make you wait 15 minutes just to come out and tell you they dropped your food. Then make you wait another 15 to get your food. Every time we come here, we are parked and it is a ridiculous wait. Won't be back.

No one in the joint and two nice young men working and cleaning. I WANT to say his name was Harron? Thats on me and my shite memory. Anyways, of course, I spilled half my drink, asked for a rag and Harron said no and I said yes and he said no they have to clean that side. Very nice fella. And, of his own accord, brought me another beverage. :) GIVE THESE GUYS A GOOD PAYCHEQUE. Treat good people well. Much appreciated the chillbess of them both after a long day of walking and shopping in South Common on a Friday evening.

We came in today for lunch. The restaurant was very dirty.. floors were super dirty tables were dirty. We ordered our food, and it took a while. My son ordered poutine. We came to the front to see if our food was ready and it was just getting put under the light. My son's food was sitting under the light in the box. I asked if that poutine my order they said yes. I asked why it was sitting under the light and why it was done first. It gets cold and soggy fast. That should be the last thing made. I still didn't get the poutine. They waited for our food. We ordered toppings, they finished our food, and then they gave us the poutine. The guy at the conter was working very slowly. Food wasn't good at all. We will not be rushing to this location.. none if us felt good after we ate here
