Update. We ordered Swiss Chalet this time. Take out. Food was ready by the time we got there. It was busy but they helped as quickly as possible.
It's what you expect at Harveys. That's why it is a 5 star because it met all expectations of a Harveys. Expect they actually met have exceeded expectations as I put in a mobile order that only allowed me to say take out. But I wanted to dine-in. And the guy prepping the meal, asked me to have a seat and he'd bring the full order to the table.
Also appreciated the deals on the app.

Well the reason I tried it waa cause I saw the sign for the spicy burger they have ,for my surprise it was the driest patty I ever had , took 2 sips on my large drink and was gone !!! It was ice up to the brim , definitely first and last time

Bill was 19.65, did not get the food i ordered, paid with a 20, got the correct change. Got home short 1 burger and a reciet that read 12.89. Wheres my change and burger.

Don't order the chicken it is cold, fries were cold no chalet sauce and the only thing hot was the bun When you pay the price it definitely is not worth it

This place is ridiculous so slow I went to the drive through Then she said to pull around the other side as my order wasn’t ready and then I went in myself as it was so slow. The wrap was sloppy. I must have waited about 40 minutes in total. I am sorry to say I won’t be back. If you done step it up you are going out of business. Not acceptable. In St. Albert it is so fast and delicious.
