Hands down one of the best poke’s I’ve had in Alberta. A lot of poke shops tend to whitewash their recipes and completely drench the fish in spicy mayo but these guys do it best and in a traditional fashion. The fish was super fresh and had an amazing texture and the marinade paired perfectly with it. Definitely give their spam musubi a go as well, delicious stuff!

We were in on a slow Sunday afternoon and pretty much the only customers in the restaurant. The server was nice but couldn't clearly articulate and explain the menu. The food was a mixed bag - Tacos were really good but there should be an option to mix and match flavors. We only got one flavor option for 5 Tacos, which was a missed opportunity to sample others given this was our first time. The wings were not good at all - not seasoned, and also there is only one flavor option. It can't be hard to do honey garlic, BBQ or any other saucy flavors. The Loco Moco was the show stopper!!! Tasty and served sizzling - nice work!

I thought I would update my 3 star review to acknowledge the growth in quality and service from start up.
Their poke was never in question but the atmosphere in and outside the establishment has improved significantly. As well the environmental impact of their serving plates.
I would also say it should be illegal to make a dish so delicious, tasty, and addictive as their crispy musubi. If there is anything you need to try, it is this.

Always a pleasant and delicious experience. I usually come here just for the poke and it never disappoints. They give samples which is great if you want to try new flavours -- which all pair great with even just plain rice. Price is decent for how much and what you get. Highly recommend if you're looking for a local poke spot with a cozy Hawaiian vibe!
A big group of us traveled all the way here only to find that the place was closed, with no updates on Google. To make matters worse, the note on the door said they’d open at 12 pm, but even after waiting, it still didn’t open. Really disappointed. :(

Excellent not so hidden gem on the east side of the city. My partner found it when she was craving salmon and we were on our way to Sherwood park. I'm so glad we stopped in to give it a try.
The food was excellent and I would definitely return. I am still craving that Loco Moco. The fried egg and beef patty with the rice and sauce was delicious. I also got a crispy Spam Musubi, as I've heard about it but never had the opportunity to try, and I'm so glad I did. It was great.
We got it to go as we didn't think we'd have time to finish eating there, but it was so good we ultimately finished everything before we left.
The gentleman working there was super friendly, helpful and accommodating and the place was very clean and welcoming.
I'm so glad we stopped in. I will be a returning customer even if I have to drive there from the north side.

Used to go to this little place called Nohos when I was younger, and they did amazing Hawaiian food. Was feeling nostalgic today, and popped in for lunch and all I can say is wow. Had the pork belly, rice and macaroni salad. Pork belly was cooked to perfection, and the macaroni salad is now one of my top 5 favourites. Will be back again and again.

Reasonable pricing for delicious quality and good portions. The restaurant is a fun tropical vibe and I especially loved the surfboard shaped tables. The owner is an amazing and generous woman with great customer service I hope this business will get more recognition for how great it is. Best Poke in the city!

Felt like we were scammed! We went in for the Wednesday Tuna %10 discount and he followed to say the sign was old and they weren’t going to honor it. A small sign you can literally take and turn around. I asked if we could get extra rice then and he said okay I can do that. He gave us our order with no extra rice less sauce and no discount as he said. When we returned home we looked at the price at Uber eats it was the same as I had paid as in the store. I feel bad because I liked going and now we will be looking at going somewhere else. Nothing worse than getting ripped off it’s expensive enough at this place.
