This is the dirtiest hospital cafeteria and cafeteria in general I've ever seen. Every day. Every morning. All the tables are dirty. Why doesn't the hospital have cleaning staff? It's very very disappointing.
The eggs get very overcooked but I do admit many people struggle cooking eggs for some reason.
Edit: December 19th. Oh wow. I see someone cleaning the cafeteria today at 7:15am. Good job. I hope they keep it up. First time I've seen it. Good.

Rude people. Not sure why but looks like I’m not alone who feels this way.

Staff not so accommodating and service needs improvement. Long line up at times and staff not even friendly. Just same coffee, nothing exceptional.

Wife very clearly ordered a coffee with oat milk, realized after just two sips that she got cow’s milk. Our baby is allergic and now we’re back to him screaming in pain for the past two days. In my opinion, a food place in a hospital should have a real responsibility to ensure that people’s allergies are watched out for.

Overpriced and low quality. Paid almost $14 for a burger and a bottle of water. If I wanted fries it would have been another $3 plus gst, sorry no way that is worth $18!Back in the old days the food at this hospital seriously rivaled ANY restaurant! I'm serious, it was THAT good! Sad to see the rumors are true about the selection and quality going so far down. What a shame.

Food is grossly overpriced with limited to no alternatives. Seems as if little consideration is given to why people might be using their service. My recommendation is to step outside and go to one places right around the hospital.

Horribly inefficient. When they took over from the hospital the quality went down and the cost went up. When I have to use their services, I usually spend most of my break waiting, and the food (which should be hot) is room temp. Every time.Hospital cafeterias shouldn't be private, for profit companies. Everything was way better when it was a part of the hospital and not just a parasite within its walls

Staff are rude
ordered a bagel sandwich. waited 20 minutes to discover that the bill was never sent to the kitchen. This took so long, I had no break time left to eat, and no time to wait for a new order. I will never order here again.
Should be open later

Great service and an excellent selection of healthy food choices. The menu is interesting with salads, soups and sandwiches. I personally had a Chai Latte and it was served hot and tasted great. Wasn’t hungry as I came here mid afternoon and they close at 2:30pm which makes sense because the hospital gets everything done early in the day. The store is well lit and clean.February 7, 2020. Back again due to my Father being in emergency. Came to the restaurant and got the philly beef steak sandwich and a brownie. Both were good. I like this place and when I come to the hospital this is a great choice for food.
Ordered cafe americano (which requires pressed coffee to prepare). The worker prepared a latte ahead of me and used the same press of coffee to "make" my americano. The drink was the color of tea, not strong like it is supposed to be. This is a really cheap way of trying to cut a corner and totally unprofessional.
Food was good but stoner kid was lazy and zero customer skills. I asked for a lid for my rice bowl and he pointed as people in the hospital touched the lids.
Great place for a much more nutritious meal. Hours are silly, I believe they packup by 3pm. So you have to come earlier to get something down here.
scrubbed surgeons, like schools of big fish, feeding of espresso
