We eat here many times as my dad lives in the attached condos. Staff always friendly and efficient food plentiful, hot and tasty. Very good price.
Kid-friendliness: Always take the kids there and they enjoy the food and the views of the city
Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator, chairs so just pull out and fit up close to table. Do need to access entrance now through condo building side instructions inside front door. Unfortunately other side building is nursing care and interruptions was an issue. Staff from restaurant will help you get in and settled.
Dietary restrictions: Let staff know if any restrictions

Not open to the public. This is not stated on their website.
Not a restaurant, just a service for the building. Not open to public. Shouldn't be on a public ( Google maps) list of breakfast near me...

As of May 11th 2021 - This restaurant is not open to the general public. It's only for condo residents nearby.
Mediocre cafeteria food, but a nice view. ‘Poutine’ was tater tots in gravy with shredded mozzarella on top. Pancakes and waffles that other people with me ordered were ‘ok’.

If you want to be somewhere quite and have a quick breakfast or lunch I would definitely go here!!

Excellent.
This has become my friends and my place of choice for a Saturday morning breakfast meeting, or our Sunday buffet, or a monthly Breakfast with Joy for $5 - yup, five bucks. The Manager, Joy and all her staff, are very attentive, friendly, and efficient in their hospitality and service. The food is delicious and one is always tempted to enjoy more at the fantastic lunch buffet and then skip supper! Oh, and did I mention the fantastic view - east, north, and west - of our great city. We'll be back!
After numerous attempts to explain my allergy to the staff I still ultimately ended up ill after my meal. Don't come here if you have any allergies, you are likely to die depending on severity. Unfortunately the servers don't seem to be able to work with English. For my own well being I'd definitely never come back, I don't need to die on a lunch.
It's open to the public good food reasonable prices.
Fantastic view and good food
