The customer service ruined it for me. I was planning on sitting and dinning in to have lunch but it was so bad we just left and ate in the car. First and last time coming here. It's a shame because the food wasn't too bad, however, the rude staff ruined it for me.

Best Donair I ever had in Edmonton. very authentic taste. the meat and the Tzatziki sauce are so yummy and delicious. I wait to work close by to have a sandwich from High Voltage Donair. Toasting the sandwich is an extra plus. I am very happy every time I eat from their food. this place is a hidden Gem.

I have been coming to this place for almost 35 years. Even before it changed into a High Voltage (same owner - change is restaurant). Anyhow, I used to love coming here. I would look forward to every time I came into the city to stop here and enjoy a delicious Caesar wrap. This place has yet to disappoint in the in the food department.
Now from a service perspective the last 3 times has been nothing but disappointment and I’m sad to say today will be my last. They need a touch up in customer service and to know that a simple question does not warrant a snarky response.
To the staff and owner, I hope you keep up in the food department because your service will slowly start pushing people away.

First timer! After hearing the employees at a local mechanic shop rave about it, decided to stop in for lunch. The employees were amazing. Friendly. Inviting atmosphere. The food was incredible and hot. We will definately be back.

Absolutely amazing place! Work colleagues and I ordered from here today. The food is absolutely amazing and has incredible spice to it. The staff are also amazing and so helpful and accommodating and friendly. A very personable place and I will definitely be back! Thanks to HV team for such a great experience.

Great place for Donairs. One of the best in the city. Mostly a to-go spot, but does have a few tables. It's on a one-way so a bit tricky to get in, but worth it.

I went this week with some friends for lunch and although they beat me there and finished before I had a chance to order due to a rush of people - the owner noticed and for no reason other than to be nice (I believe) gave me a discount on a soda I was going to purchase. Nice gesture and was not expected at all.

Best Donair in the world. I wish I knew what the spices on the outside of the wraps are. I miss being close but we moved to Ontario and if we ever go back we always stop by here a few times to get our fix. If anyone know what the spice is on the outside is please tell me.

this place is always really good the past times i’ve been there but today was really disappointing. i ordered a donair , new york and the herc gyro, as my mom and i started eating we noticed that they marked the wrong ones so we were eating each other’s. i got another one to take home and they made that order completely wrong, i asked for lettuce and onion and they put every veggies other than lettuce and onion that i asked for. during the process of making them they rushed and we couldn’t add more on as they had it in the grill already.
