Not try briyani (vegetarian). It’s really bad.
And I tried cucumber raita. I found whole cucumber inside it.

And I saw this little area of kitchen. I found that, onions and potato are next to the washroom and there are slipper and shoes right next to the raw material.
Not recommended. Absolutely NO to this place.

I had a missing item in my order so I called the restaurant and they advise me to order more and then they will give that missing item free with my second order . Very stupid and frustrating. I urge people to avoid food from This restaurant as they do not care about customers orders and emotions

Good food good prices good quality.

The food here is quite good, but the customer service falls short of what you’d expect in Canada.

On May 30th around 11:30 PM, I called before placing an order for biryani and politely requested to replace the raita with some gravy instead, as I don’t prefer curd at night and didn’t want the biryani to be too dry.

The staff member did put me on hold for a few seconds, but it didn’t feel like any real effort was made to check with the supervisor. The request was declined without any explanation or attempt to accommodate.

It was a simple substitution, and while I understand not all changes are possible, a little effort or consideration would have gone a long way. Good food deserves equally good service.

Very bad experience. No spoon and no napkins

I had ordered food for take-out the order taker was in a hurry and seemed to be rude. Asked me to wait 30mins but took 15 mins more. Even I noticed the people coming after me got their order earlier which was not at all acceptable.

This is by far the worst service in Edmonton. The staff is arrogant, and the lady at the front always ignores us and others when we try to ask for something.

The tables weren't cleaned for about an hour and a half after a group of diners had left, and this happened with multiple tables. This is very unsanitary and unprofessional. I don't know if they are too lazy or just don't know what they're doing.

If I were the owner, I would fire them on the spot for this terrible service.

Amazing service, great portions, friendly staff and delicious food. Even when we do take out once in a while the portion size is excellent, and so worth your money. Keep it up!

My go to place. I have tried all things and everything is good but the shahi paneer spicy damn it’s something else its so goood. I love this place

We tried this place for the 1st time. First impression - this place looked more like a takeout place rather than a dine-in restaurant.
We ordered spicy indo chinese food and the dishes turned out to be sweet to our surprise. Only chicken momos were okay.
I would recommend if they could put more efforts to improve their dine-in service and give a better experience.

Worse service ever went to get food the girl told me it will be 30 minutes for my food i came all the way from spruce to get food and she had me wait total of 1 hr 25 minutes . When we ask her for the food she keeps on ignoring and serving other customers. Don’t go here i would say worse place to buy food and they don’t value people and money
