Himalayan Village has consistently been my go-to spot for Indo-Chinese cuisine. The food is always flavourful, and the pricing is very reasonable considering the quality and generous portion sizes. I visited Himalayan Village yesterday for dine-in and ordered Egg Fried Rice and Chicken Chilli Momo. Unfortunately, the food was not up to the mark.
The egg fried rice was undercooked and felt hard while eating.
The chilli momo was over-fried, making it too dry and chewy.
The presentation looked good, but the taste and texture were disappointing. I hope the restaurant improves the cooking quality.
