Ordered chicken and roast pork off Uber. Picture shows half a chicken. Order showed up with small drum sticks and wings. Roast park was just scraps

The food is so dry, burnt, old.
The place is so old and dirty.
I ordered on skipthedishes and the woman and man started yelling at me that they have to pay a percentage back to skipthedishes so they refuse to make the order. They also talk about you in chinese. He got very close to confront me.

Ordered off skip the dishes and it was HORRIBLE
The roasted pork was old and dried out, inedible. Just the meat overall was not good. Also didn’t listen to simple instructions to give diet pop or hot sauce.

Tiny yet awesome Chinese bbq meat place. Meat is delicious, hot, fresh and cheap. Kids love BBQ pork with rice for $10. Pickup before dinner because they may sell out!

Hing Lung used to fulfill their orders correctly and give ample meat, but recently, and I've ordered 3 times with them within the past 3-4 months, they have problems with delivering on their roast pork. They claim they don't have it with the pork skin on but they kept giving me the BBQ pork and barely any duck meat. It's become a total rip-off to order from these people. I've since stopped being their customer. If they can't tell the delivery app. to take an item off their online app. menu temporarily and won't call their customer or cancel the order, then I won't bother with them anymore. I'm guessing management changed hands and since then whoever is currently managing this place either doesn't know English well enough to deliver correctly or else just doesn't care that this place is going to the shitter.

They have debit. Roast pork is good, but can be hit or miss. They will give you a box of crispy skinned pork fat without a second thought
Went during Chinatown Dining Week and really enjoyed the roast pork as well as the sausage.

I regret trying this out place out today for Chinatown Dining Week. I wanted to try the $20 - 4 selections of BBQ meat platter. Granted, I arrived later in the day (about 4 P.M.) so they said they ran out of bbq pork and sausages, but they still had roast pork, bbq duck, and soy sauce chicken (although I would have to wait 10 minutes for the chicken). I said fine, I’ll wait and I’ll take 2 portions of the chicken and 2 portions of roast pork. After I got home I discovered my order was mostly chicken and duck (which I didn’t order) and only about 6 little pieces of roast pork skin and 1 piece of fatty pork. Disappointed that I didn’t get what I ordered and what I did get looked like all the scrap pieces of meat left over at the end of the day. Taste was not too good. For a specialty BBQ shop I was expecting better. I’m not going to bother going Downtown anymore since I can get better BBQ closer to home from either T&T or Lucky Supermarket on the north side.

I picked up the $20 bbq meat special for downtown dining week which included your choice of 4 types of meat. I choose bbq pork x 2, roast pork and chicken. My favourite was the bbq pork…it was delicious! The lady working was very pleasant and served up a healthy amount of freshly cut bbq meat. I work downtown and will definitely be stopping here to pick up food more often!

IMAGINE THIS. Lunch time at the occupational daily one hour break received at the corporation. Hing Lung is fye fye fye, and I don't mean that as fiscal year end. This place got that 10 dollar bbq and rice and as like every single bbq place in this area it is quite good if I do not say so myself. What is in the big freezer chest? I am not sure but one day I will find out I hope.

No nonsense service and big portions. If every place ran this efficiently Edmonton would be a world class city. Also I read Albert Wu's review and he sound like a nerd. How do you come up with a 8.8/10 rating. You just think in decimals or something?
