We used to go to the Hoang Long on 109 st all the time when we lived in Edmonton several years ago. I would always get the beef satay noodle soup and it was the best thing ever. Got the chance to get it again when I was home for Christmas. The soup is just at I remember! Amazingly delicious.

Very delicious food. Good for kids, if you ask with no spicy sauce.

The food never disappoints. Always fresh and always tasty.
Can’t tell they either hate me or their business.

Went here for my lunch break and was so impressed! It was so good and flavourful! My food was ready in about 10 mins after I ordered in person. I got the Hoang Long Thai noodle soup with coconut milk and peanut sauce and it was delicious! Would definitely recommend

I used to go to hoang long back when it was at wem. It used to be my fave Vietnamese resto, so I was happy to stumble on this . I'm not sure if it's the same one, but the menu is almost identical.
The restaurant itself is very urban. The decor was nice and hip.
Customer service could use improvement as the lady didn't greet me at all.
I ordered a vermicelli with all toppings and NO peanuts. When I got my food, it had so many peanuts :( not a super big deal since I'm not allergic, but still a little frustrating since I'm not a fan of peanuts. It was okay, but sad that the taste wasn't quite like I remembered it. The spring roll didn't taste good and hurt my tummy. The serving size is pretty generous and super filling. It wasn't terrible overall, but I've had better vermicelli bowls elsewhere. For me, it's not worth the $21 I spent. But at least now I won't wonder about this place anymore lol.

The food was fine. They were clearly very busy and delayed with getting food out, and when I asked about the cupcake to-go that I paid for, they said I could grab it on my way out. Despite that the line up had disappeared by then, they ignored me as I waited almost 10 min at the counter. I managed to get their attention, but I didn't manage to get the cupcake. I ended up having to leave without it.
