My 88-year-old mother had the pleasure of staying at this IHG location for three weeks, and it was truly a memorable experience for her. From the warmth, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff, to the exceptional cleanliness of the room, every detail exceeded expectations. The food at the on-site restaurant was outstanding and added greatly to her comfort and enjoyment during her stay.

Our family has traveled extensively, both internationally and locally, over several decades for business and leisure, and Holiday Inn South Evario ranks among the very best hotel experiences we’ve encountered anywhere in the world—without exaggeration. You will not be disappointed. From the General Manager, Vinu, to the front desk team, Nithish at check-in and the rest of the team, the welcoming atmosphere and genuine care shown reflect exactly how hotels should operate.

Our room was upgraded from 2 queen bedroom to King Suite when we checked in. We love the room as it was really spacious. Specially bringing along 3 kids.

Good place

This hotel is like home. Clean. Cozy. Friendly. I have been staying here regularly for years and will not deviate. Huge shout out to the following staff: Aniket, Ishraaj, Yashika. Vinu, you have an all star staff, I missed many. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

The hotel is located in a safe area. It is very clean and quiet within the hotel. This was my first time staying here and it was for one night. I had asked the front desk to purchase disinfectant wipes or hand sanitizer (as I like to be clean for my flights). I had asked the front desk around 3:30am about that request and they did not have what I needed. Shortly later, the receptionist had slide my hotel receipt under my door before 4am. I just felt very uncomfortable as I have never experienced that. Nor did the front desk staff knew I was checking out early due to a flight. I am assuming the receptionists work 24/7 and just wished they had not slide my receipt under my door and I get startled easily and have C-PSTD. Needless to say, I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again as this was my first visit.

I would highly recommend. Im a buisness traveler in Edmonton often. Good staff, nice rooms, good restaurant. Walking distance to other restaurants and stores. Very quiet. Not near a highway.

Great staff and very quiet and clean rooms!

Highly recommend this beautiful hotel for the price. This hotel has great services, it is very clean and is in a good location. It is far from downtown. The breakfast is very good and fresh.
The servers and staff pay attention to details. We had a room next to the elevator and we did not hear a thing.
Guest washer and dryer are free except for the soap at 2$.

I give this hotel a 1 star review. I have stayed at many holiday inns all over Alberta and Saskatchewan and this is by far the worst one. First off the housekeeping. We stayed total of 5 days and only had our room cleaned once when we had asked for it every other day. We asked for towels and it took 2 hours and asking 3 different people. Front desk lady looked at our housekeeping card to confirm our room was to be cleaned and it still wasn’t. The housekeeping staff didn’t care we had no clean towels. I just wanted towels I said don’t clean my room but at least give me towels. 2 hours that should say enough right there.Having a bath and opened my eyes from relaxing to have all this black stuff in my tub and all over me. They addressed it next day saying they looked into it and said they found nothing even though I provided pictures. They thought 2 gift card for 25 would take care of. It happened the next night and that next morning I told front desk I would like to speak to a manager she said no one is here till tomorrow. I said let them know I need to speak with them. And nothing not one person called our room or checked in. The restaurant is nice but sadly half the servers don’t have a clue. Overall rate this hotel a 1.

This hotel is located in the heart of many commercial businesses in Edmonton’s south with close proximity to Calgary Trail making it a good option for travellers heading to Calgary or wanting to go on a shopping spree in Edmonton. The rooms are clean and modern. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The service is extraordinary. Totally recommending staying at this hotel.

Can’t figure out how to make their sales system work.

Stayed one week. Excellent hospitality staff- the best I have ever met. They were Yashika, Judith, Sneha, and Tavneet. Very pleasant and accommodating staff. you are lucky to have them.
