Staff were very friendly. I didn’t need much of their attention or time but they were busy and helped everyone who came to them. Rooms were very clean. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was very good and the cooks were amazing and super friendly. Parking was decent. I have no complaints whatsoever and will definitely stay here and recommend anyone else to stay as well 😊
I had breakfast here for all three days of our stay with my 8-month-old baby, and Mach truly made the experience wonderful. She was always cheerful and friendly, immediately finding us a table and carefully cleaning a highchair each morning. She went out of her way to help me carry things and would even encourage me to stay seated with my baby while she gathered what we needed. Her kindness and attentiveness made me feel so supported, and it turned what could have been a stressful...
On the first day of my stay, I showed up at the buffet breakfast and was greeted by Mach. The client service she provided was outstanding and above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced at a hotel breakfast.
