I first ate Hollywood Pizza at least a couple decades ago. Someone showed up at a party with it. It was definitely the worst pizza I had had in my life at that point. But yesterday i was at a birthday party just a couple blocks away from Hollywood Pizza downtown, and someone showed up with one of their pizzas. Not the best pizza I have had in my life, but a solid 4/5 stars.

Tried this place for the first time tonight — very good pizza! This is definitely my new go-to pizza spot. I ordered through Skip and needed to adjust one of the pizzas, so I called. The lady on the phone was very friendly and took care of the change without any hassle. Highly recommend!

Hollywood Pizza on 118th Ave truly impressed me—definitely a 5-star experience. I wish I had discovered this little gem in my neighborhood sooner. I ordered a medium two-topping pizza and it was spot on: the crust had the perfect thickness, was well-cooked with no sogginess, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The tomatoes stood out, the sauce was rich and tasty, and the cheese was perfectly portioned. I also ordered a Caesar salad, which came with crisp romaine, just the right amount of dressing, and a surprisingly large piece of thick, delicious garlic bread. Great quality and value—I'll absolutely be ordering again.

Hollywood has been 1 of our go tons for a number of years. Always gets delivered hot and fresh. 1 thing we like is the sauce is mild. Not overpowering with a tomato or garlic taste. Just a nice balance that gives great flavor.

Cuz that’s Mr. Hollywood answering and he’s always working, or so it seems. The pizza is consistent—consistent good value, consistent quality. I usually order the same couple of pizzas, just two toppings, and there’s always a special for two, especially if you pick them up—an additional small discount included.
You’re not paying inflated prices for trendy neighbourhoods or high-rent strips like Jasper or Whyte Avenue. This is real value in a spot that’s worth venturing to—156 Street. I’ve been coming to this place literally for 20+ years, and I was happy to call again tonight—Oiler game night—and hear his voice.
