The menu is just frozen food they reheat, there’s a disgusting mop bucket full of brown water hanging out by the bathrooms, which are also disgusting, puddles all over the floor, of which I assume is urine, the toilet seat is broken so you almost fall in said puddles… should have known when every other place nearby was packed and this one was empty. How embarrassing to own this bar.

We came in after an Elks game, and this place was pretty quiet; they were in the process of setting up a dance floor, so we didn't stay long. The food took a while to come up, and was just fine, but there are probably better options in the area.

Waitress was snotty and rude. Had zero interest in serving us. Slammed our drinks down on the table after she decided to ask us what we wanted, didn't offer us menus. She was more interested in chatting it up with a bartender sitting in a booth behind us. I didn't think the post about urine on the floor in the bathroom would be true, but yes, bathrooms are disgusting, urine on the floor everywhere in the bathrooms. The food was decent, I only gave food two stars as the menu has like 9 options (appys included) the online menu looked.great, the menu we were given, not so much. Atmosphere was good, snotty waitresses bring it down some. I wouldn't waste my time or money coming here again when there are plenty.of.other options near by.

Tried to go in once and I was standing in the wrong line and didn't know and then the really old bouncer guy started barking at me and I'm like, chill ? I kept trying to ask him where the correct line was and he just kept yelling at me that I was in the wrong line so I just left. Sorry your life sucks but there's no need to take it out on women buddy.

Got kicked out of the bar because we didn’t “tip” enough. Since when has an 18% tip not been enough for 30 seconds of your time and a $40 round of drinks? Joke of an establishment, won’t be come back and will contact the owners.

Waited in line for the hockey game this being my first time coming, when we finally got in was able to get a seat at the bar. Was told the food was horrible after unfortunately ordering it. And it held up to that everything each food item tasted off and chicken was pink and had chunks of odd black brown color, fries were cold and soggy, the ketchup was even off tasting. Food ended up making me and my partner sick. Tried using the bathroom and also was told about how disgusting it is (by staff) Which I don’t understand how no one can up keep it or attempt to help keep it useable. When it was my turn I attempted to go in and there was urine all over the floor, the toilet paper holder was on the floor and paper all over the place. It reeked like urine and I ended up walking out and going elsewhere. It’s super sad that the fair porta potty’s were nicer, cleaner and more usable than the bar. The 1 new hire bar staff was excellent and very helpful about the only good thing I can say about the place. Horrible experience. Definitely not coming back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made a reservation in advance 2 days early for the private room. The guy said he won’t be able to hold it if someone else asks for it and if there’s more people. I booked it for the two of us and he asked us is there a special occasion I said it’s our anniversary that day. The guy on the phone said okay and said it’s all yours. Confirming it’s ours. When making a reservation at any other places they let you know in advance that if you’re late it gets canceled. We were 10 minutes late they said we can’t do anything, we gave your room away. At least call us before? Or tell us on the phone that it’s a policy? Soo irresponsible I will never come back here probably the worst sports bars and staff as well. They said it’s only on gamedays this happens? So let us know this is something you guys do when there’s a game playing

We had an hour to have a drink and food before going to the Oilers game. The drink service was slow and we never got our food order. Asked several times then finally had to leave with 20 minutes to puck drop. Even had to wait for the bill. They need to step up their game at this restaurant!
Had a reservation for 5:45 they said I could come at 6 (I called multiple times to confirm this) when I got there they said it wasn’t there

Great place to go to with friends and family. My friends and I frequent H&A usually before oilers games and concerts as it is a short 5min walk to the arena.
Lotus corrected a past issue here and she truly made it right and for this I will continue coming back to Home & Away.
Our server, Katie, was excellent yesterday evening. She was quick to bring us anything we needed and gave us great service.

This place is never staffed enough. I was here during a party bus pub crawl and they knew ahead of time, service took forever (>30 mins to take our orders then >20 mins for our beers to come) and we had to leave before the food came out so I had already paid for the food that didn’t come and they gave me a 20$ gift card. I then came a few weeks later and THEY REFUSED to take the gift card bc it wasn’t signed by a manager and there is no space on the gift card for a signature so it sounds like they decided on that not long ago. So now I paid 20$ to this business that I can’t even claim.
