From the vermicelli bowls to the Tom Yum, this place is amazing. Bit out of the way as we live downtown but worth the drive!

DO NOT COME HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I usually don't leave reviews and am not a picky eater, but this is the most blandly unpleasant Vietnamese meals I've ever had. I've been to Pho places all across edmonton, and this is the only place that has been near inedible. My group ordered the pho and the Thai curry. Compared to similar shops, the potion sizes are small. The soup lacks all flavor that pho broth should. The noodles are hard and difficult to chew. The curry was overly sweetened and tasted like it came from a can. Neither of us could take more than a few bites. Please, just order from anywhere else. Edmonton has so much good Vietnamese food, and this is definitely the worst. Avoid at all costs.

Pho taste so tastety like more sugar & salt. Not hot, the lady server was rude. Don't accept critism to make it better. Not Recommending.
It's changed hands since opening up. I haven't been here in awhile so here is an update.
Food is okay:
Flavor profiles are all correct.
The rice is a little dry (old)
I was here with a friend. We were on our way to watch a movie. The place was dead quiet, other than skip. We ordered. It came out relatively quickly. The server was attentive... maybe too attentive. It was a slow Saturday where we just sat eating and responding to work emails.
Would I go again. Sure, but just to see if the atmosphere changed. Would I recommend going as it is someplace special .. no.
It's sad to see a place I knew delivered on quality food feel 'less'.

My wife and I had the large wor wonton soup. It was full to the top! Every bite was delicious! Prepare to bring some home unless you have a large appetite :) BTW, they have chicken wontons if you don't want pork.
Dietary restrictions: They have both chicken and pork wontons.

I have only ever tried two dishes from where. One is the Singapore noodles and the other ginger beef. Singapore noodles are 5/5. Ginger beef 4/5 only because I wish they didn’t come with the extra side thing like rice noodles. I wish they only had the ginger beef alone and lowered the price a bit.

Great food here, they are also on skip the dishes!
Update. On 29MAY2024 I called in my order and was told it would take about 30 min. Weird b/c usually I'm told 15, buy ok. I make an order for Pizza Hut next door too. I go to HH 1st they said they needed a few more minutes so I went to PH and my pizzas were on the counter ready to go. Went back to HH waited another 30 minutes for meal.
While I was there a couple sitting at a table were also fed up with their wait for dinner that the man got up and went to the counter to change their order to go. The were seated before my 1st entry so I have no idea how long their entire visit was. They were still waiting when I left. The man did point out that he thought it was poor service that all the skip, door dash and uber drivers were still coming and going. He said that it was his 1sr experience where food apps took priority over physical customers. He isn't wrong. My husband has suggested HH for dinner a few times since and I just tell him I still haven't gotten over May's experience.
Also while I was waiting, bored, I looked up HH for their Alberta Health visits, that also might be a reason why I'm not excited about going back.

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s good, other times tasteless. Today I ordered the wonton soup and it tasted like watered down broth with way too much salt.
