Jewel of the North East Side. As far as Vietnamese food is concerned this has been our go to place for over 10 years . The food , service and portions had always been great . All your staples are on point : Pho , Bahn mi sandwiches, Vermicelli bowls , Salad Rolls , Grilled Chicken ones are best in the city if you ask me. My favourite sharing dish for me and the wife has to be the Grilled chicken Mango cucumber salad with a side of Coconut rice. So good ! Especially the Peanut sauce ! Only complaint is when you do take out make sure your order is correct and not missing anything. Past few times I had to drive back and correct . They did replace for free with no problem so for that I still highly recommend this one of kind family run restaurant. Came here at the end of March when the weather isn't even that warm and the place was already uncomfortably warm. The building either lacks ventilation or they just don't want to run the AC. Idk.The food is not that great. I ordered D1 (pho with all the different meat cuts). The meat did not taste very fresh. The tendon was not cooked properly (it was severely undercooked).

Had their regular rare beef pho on skip, the broth was a bit of the sweeter side but very good and great quality . They gave me LOTS of meat and very nice tender cuts .. came with all the fixings, bean, sprouts, sauces, etc. not an over amount of noodles which personally I like !I’ll get it again 100% and can’t wait to visit in person !
The food is delicious ?. The young man serving us was so polite and very friendly. The dining area and washrooms were very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone that loves Vietnamese food. ❤️

I went there recently with my family. The servers were so kind and answered any question. The green onion cakes were fantastic so were the spring rolls. I had rice and honey chicken with vegetables. The meal was very filling. Our table enjoyed the meat skewers. For dessert we got fried banana, and ice cream. I recommend this restaurant for Vietnamese food.

Horrible place to eat, food is awful, never tasted like what it said in the menu, always had a problem with wat it says on menu and what comes in plate. Chicken wings that I ordered had hardly any meat on it, super super dry, bad smell and I had 3 bad experiences one after the other with there food, so am not exaggerating. I will never go to this place and never recommend this if some one is looking for good/basic/warm/comfort food. Don't waste money here
