We go at least a couple times a year and are never disappointed. The Ginger beef and Black bean chicken are always on our table.

So this is our 2nd time of very poor service. I know now they don't care about service. It's a take it or leave place. I will say their food was amazing at one time. Even this has diminished sadly. If someone was to ask, if I would recommend this place. My reply would be.... Do you appreciate good service? Then no....Do you need your food in a reasonable time? Then no
They do like to say, no Guarantees on time or quality. If you don't like, you don't need to order! They dont appear to care about customer satisfaction or loyal customer. It was almost 2 hours to get our order when we were quoted an hour. We appreciate that things are busy but in the future would prefer honest routes for time needed to prepare food and then we as customers can determine if we are able to wait that long!

Called the restaurant which was going to close at 11. Wanted to know if we can pre order as we were on our way to save some time. The person answering the phone was beyond rude. We asked if we can order and she started saying no and then suddenly hung up. We called back and she started shouting hung up again. At the third call we were told they won’t pte tak the order bht and through another phone #, we asked her why she was shouting at us. All we wanted to do was preorderr, and we weren’t aggravating the conversation by being rude or screaming at her. she said if you guys come it’s ok but I’m happy if you don’t come. Followed by hanging up on us again.

We go there regularly. Love the food. But I don’t think this kind of service and behaviour ka acceptable or needs to be tolerated. There are may great restaurants in town, and going here isn’t worth the nonsense customer service

We ordered the set dinner as a group. And there was lots of food and lots of variety. The crab and the stuffed chicken wings is more amazing and so were the fried chicken dish. The only thing is I wish they had oysters with black bean sauce...We also added a lobster in cream sauce witch was pretty tasty as well. There was tons of other dishes too. The value was really good 👍

Service was really good as well and the people that run the restaurant are really nice.

There's plenty of parking outside. The bathrooms are very clean also!

I've been here many times with my family and now I bring my friends here. Totally recommend. They have delicious Chinese food! 🙂

A bit of an older school Edmonton Chinese restaurant. Reminds me of eating at Chinese restaurants when I was younger. I had no idea this place existed as it is a little off the main road. Food is good!

Food is so-so. But there is supper menu which the price is slightly cheaper, which is good. The best thing is the business hour is comparatively long in Edmonton. Service is not worth to pay tips.

Tried it Monday as the place we normally go to was closed. The service was great and the food was really fresh and flavourful. Would highly recommend. Will be returning

This place has the best Chinese food and offers the best stuffed chicken wings! Highly recommend to check them out!

You feel like family when you eat here. A friend introduced me to the stuffed chicken wings and it changed my life forever. The congee was so tasty and the noodle dishes were fresh and full of protein. The jellyfish salad has been one of my favorites since I was a kid and Hot Wok has one of the best I’ve ever had. The peaches and shrimp were so hot and fresh. This is a perfect space for families (our group had as many children as adults) and they accommodate late night eats.
